Poorly run establishment- employees visible in a private dining area eating , hosting a birthday party for a fellow employee.

This was our first time eating here. The food was amazing. I had the chicken brûlée salad and ate literally every bite of it. The only downside was that it was sooooo loud that we could barely hear each other. It was impossible to have a decent conversation. Great food, service was fine, just sooo loud.

Our first visit and we will definitely be back. I didn’t get any food pics but our table of 6 had chicken fried chicken (amazing especially the jalapeño gravy), frito pie, and blue moon butter chicken. Everything was great as was the Mont Blanc dessert! Service was exceptional. It was a little loud but it was to be expected and was still a great experience!

First time here - My wife’s French toast was raw in the middle and I was a little disappointed in the chicken and waffles. It was pretty bland compared to what it says it’s supposed to be like in the menu. Maybe dinner time is better? Not opposed to trying again as the service was great!

We’ve been to social house several times for brunch and have always loved it. Dinner was less than mediocre. I ordered two different mules and they both were barely drinkable. We both had burgers and the Pattys appeared to be frozen burger patties with zero flavor. It was a huge disappointment to say the least.

We walked in to the restaurant and it was extremely loud with music and patrons. We asked to be seated as far away from the noise as possible but we’re told the section was closed due to having only 2 servers. We were seated at a table where the window was backed up to the patio. The whole time we were there we were harassed by a person who kept coming up and putting his face on the window and staring at us. We told the hostess and at first she didn’t do anything. Finally, the man came inside the restaurant and stared us down for awhile and then left. Then he came back in and came up to our table asking for a cigarette. I told him we didn’t smoke so we didn’t have any cigarettes. He got angry and left. At this point my friend went up and told the hostess that we felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. At this point they decided to call a security guard. He went up and talked to the man and the man became upset and stormed off. We were afraid for our safety when going to our cars. I will never go back here again.

I do sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, this is an issue we have to deal with from time to time. I do feel your review is not an accurate depiction of what occurred however. Meghan offered to have security escort you to your cars and said that you all complimented your server Sydney and enjoyed the vibe of Social House.

Overall a really great experience! My wife’s meal was excellent. I ordered the crab cake Benedict. One of the best I have ever tasted. Hollandaise sauce was clearly homemade and well executed. My only disappointment was that I was served only one Benedict with a lot of potatoes on the plate. Would have been nicer to serve 2 with a lot less potatoes. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous!

I had never been here before, the restaurant itself was nice and the amount of beer taps was brag worthy but our dining experience was glorified cafeteria food. We got bbq burger and the margarita flatbread, the burger wasn’t even freshly ground meat, it looked like a fast food frozen patty and the fries were soggy. The flatbread was lazy and not even hot, and looked like something i would’ve ate at my middle school. Way too overpriced for the quality you’re unfortunately receiving.

No, the appetizers were OK. But the main entrées were not good. Both my friend and I got the ribs and they were very dry. They tasted OK, but was a little tough to eat. both my wife and her friend returned their food back to the kitchen. my wife had the fish and chips, and it was very oily. And the crabcakes tasted very bad. You could tell that they were frozen.

I had high hopes for the food, but was let down. Our food came out cold and all was very , very bland; it also took almost an hour to get our food and it was not a busy night. The service was lacking as well. Very nice, but didn't refill or check back but maybe 3 times throughout our entire time there...which was a long time. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

The noise level made it difficult to hear each other’s conversations. Ladies room was filthy. I told the hostess it needed tending to before we took our table. Went back in after our meals and it still was a mess. It was not busy when we sat down to eat. Food was a mix of very good and not very good. Burgers were all over cooked , and room temperature, fries were cold. Appetizers were very good. Our waitress was attentive at first, but was hard to find while waiting for our meals. Not sure we would be back.
