We got to the Social House on a game day at opening time. We were seated promptly, and the place quickly filled up. We ordered bloody marys and breakfast. Overall the food and service was great. The drinks were a bit small, but they were only $6, so that makes sense. There's plenty of TVs and screens to watch games on, but we were going to the game later that afternoon, and we arrived so early that there was only the pre-game shows airing while we dined. But I could see this being a great spot to watch a game or fight with friends.
The price of food and quality do not match. Drinks were great and almost made up for it. Service was delightful!
Excellent service! It was my 44th birthday on Saturday, September 7th & our waitress was phenomenal!!
Deafening, drunk, and disappointing. Not worth the money.
Great experience. Palmer was awesome!
Food and drinks were very good. Good value, good service, but noise level was so extremely high, our group was unable to hold a conversation.
Delicious menu options and great staff served us.
Our hostess Jazmine has also custom service skills and knowledge about the menu, it was beyond expectative. She was super friendly and felt as if i made a new friend.
Overpriced for the average food drinks are good but too expensive
Very Good All Around Experience.
Great service great atmosphere. Breakfast shot was a hit. We cleaned our plates. Will definitely do brunch here again
Service was a bit slow. (i.e. initial interaction after seated, drink refills, condiments etc.) The quality of the meal more than made up for that. We will definitely dine there again!
The food was amazing! The angry shrimp is unbelievable! A must have! We ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was so tasty. The fans are too loud and way too cold but the drinks are great!
Service was extremely slow; waiter didn’t seem well suited for a customer facing position. The employee who delivered the food was friendlier and more outgoing. Food was below average. Positive - as there wasn’t a lot of patrons, there wasn’t a lot of noise which made it easier to converse with a large number of people at the tables.
Was sat right by a fan but abs food wasn’t spectacular but our server Kelsee was amazing and has convinced us to plan a brunch event there
The food great drinks were amazing our waitress was really nice and informative. I’ll be back with more friends.
This is a fun place! We went with another couple and it was virtually impossible to visit. It did rain the day we went so no way to sit outside. I think it would be better to sit outside. We were by the bar. If you want to talk at all don’t sit there. The speakers set to ear splitting point out.
Food was average, nothing special. I will give it another try. For a girls night out it would be great in my opinion. Not good for a nigh where you want to be able to really visit
The food was awesome! Try the calamari.
Didn’t know about this location but we were in that area and wanted somewhere casual yet not fast casual. Menu and service was consistent with the Ft Worth location that we frequent.
We've been here before and had a nice experience. This time it was more busy, so the service was understandably a bit slower. My main complaint was that the server brought out the wrong meal for my wife after I corrected him when he repeated the wrong menu item after she ordered it. He confirmed my correction and still brought the original wrong item to my wife. We didn't have time for them to start all over as we were on our way to a show, so she didn't get dinner. They didn't charge her for her meal, but that was the extent of the apology for her not getting to eat. Everything else was fine, but that put a damper on the evening since my wife couldn't eat my meal due to dairy intolerance.
First the good,
Due to traffic and other issues we had to push our reservation time back and they were happy to work with us.
The not so good, I think they had too few servers working. The services was slow and not attentive.
I would go back but not during a peak time.
We thought it was a nice restaurant, but it’s just a bar with food. The site says business casual, but the waitstaff is in shorts and tank tops.
I love the chicken and waffles, but I had to send it back twice. Our server wasn't her attentive either.
The service was subpar. Took 15-20 min just to be greeted at our table. The food was good. But will not be going back. At this point customers should be the focus food or ambiance are great but if you don't take care of the customer. You loose the customer.
Plenty of wait staff just milling about but no one seemed busy. So will be a one and done type of place.
We love the SH in Fort Worth and was excited to have one closer but very disappointed. They are not comparable. Food sub-par with mystery meat sliders and old poke tuna. They keep all doors open so it was hot and humid. Employees not as nice as in FTW. Drove a little farther if you want good food and experience
My wife and I enjoyed the amazing food and service. Drinks were made fresh and tasted delicious. Great atmosphere and a very mixed crowd. Overall amazing experience
I was extremely disappointed with the Shrimp & Grits. The shrimp were fine but grits were lumpy and they only give u a very small amount. Entree was very watery...too much liquid. Take notes from Pappadeaux's Shrimp & Grits.
Decent brunch experience. Good mimosas.
Shrimp & Grits were horrible...way too much liquid and not enough grits. Should follow Pappadeaux's recipe for Shrimp & Grits. Other food may be ok but don't order the Shrimp & Grits.
Mother’s Day out, first we sat for 5 minutes without a waitress after being seated, then we were asked about drinks and the person that took our order left after doing so without notifying anyone. The next person took our order, before drinks even showed up. She then came by our table after about 10-15 more minutes and asked why we didn’t have a menu, we told her we already ordered and she never remembered taking it. She came by later and said our order was found and the food would be right out. They moved the umbrella to help shade a table and in doing so exposed another table to the sun, so they moved another umbrella and exposed 4 additional tables to the sun. It was one failure after another. Frozen flight drink was four sample margaritas and cost $16, they were sample glasses and worth about $2 each not $4. The steak sandwich was supposed to be shaved meat and was chunks mixed in a heavy sauce with only about half the bun full. The fries were soaked in grease and limp. If it wasn’t for the weather and the company the entire experience would have been a failure.
The service was very slow. The food was ok. The drinks were not great. I was disappointed overall.
We went on Saturday for brunch with a large party of 10. We had a reservation so we were immediately seated and the waitress was great. I wish I had gotten her name. She was personable and funny and did a great job. We had mimosas and enjoyed the mango flavor but not the other flavors that they mixed. The breakfast shot was great and a funny addition to our meal. Everyone at the table was happy with their meal. I enjoyed my eggs Benedict crab cake but I would try something different next time. We will definitely be going back to this place for brunch and or dinner again. The atmosphere is fun but the place is very loud.
Nice people, good ambiance. Food was just okay but the drinks were good.
I love this place and the excellent menu selections.. The music was kinda of loud for 11:00 in the morning..
Great experience the staff and manager were all very nice and took great care of us. Other reviews said to try the fried Buffalo Calamari and it did not disappoint. Fish and Chips were excellent. Good whiskey selection as well.
The food was just ok. Service was good and very accommodating. My only complaint is that there are not many tables for groups. Seating was in the circular booths. Had to speak very loud for the other person across the booth to hear you.
