    Was a great place to have lunch with a friend. Overall everything from food and service was outstanding. Can be very loud and hard to have conversations.

    Great experience at the The Smith at 27th and broadway. Friendly, attentive service. Delicious food and love the coffee! We visit the Midtown location typically which always feels busier/more crowded. This location has extensive outdoor seating as well. It's a little pricey but the ambiance, service and food are worth it.

    Disappointing experience vs previously. The waiter was so confused. We don’t get our appetizer until 45 min after arriving and our drinks came even later and my fiancé’s beer was wrong. Then previously had ordered an item even w a gluten allergy unable to eat w cross contamination and this time they wouldn’t make it. So strange. But besides that the service was terrible.

    Good staple for the neighborhood and reliable between the different locations. It's a nice vibe but I felt like the food portions were smaller than the last time I've been and also for the Benedict Johnny we ordered we asked if it came with home fries and were told yes but when the food came it was just the eggs in the skillet. We asked where are the home fries and the guy who brought it (not our server) said it doesn't come with it. Then our server came and we asked and she said it did and checked and came back with it. The other guy should know what it comes with or at least say let me get your server for you.

    Service was very poor. The server was in the weeds and neglected my check request for at least an additional 30-45 mins.

    The food was good but portion size was a bit smaller than expected for the cost of the food. Some meals require you to pay for sides separately but most places have started doing this already. Overall, I would dine here again and it’s in good distance of Madison Square Garden which is where I went after eating dinner here.
