Food is very good and price is very good.
the speakers could be turned down a lot from the bar
We got seated in 20 minutes from our reservation. We ordered prime rib steak and miso butter fish. Both were a little salty, the steak was a little too burned . The oysters Rockefeller were over done and the lobster bisque also were a little too salty. I’ve have eaten there three time in the past three months. This time was a little disappointing. I did not complain because I went with a date. I did not take any pictures on this occasion because I did not think the foods was up to par with my previous birthdays with my children.
The most perfectly cooked medium rare steak I’ve ever had. Nice ambience with piano music. Good portion of steak ,very small portion of potato mash.
server very pleasant and friendly. her name was Tara. Very attentive. Food was very delicious together with appetizers, salad and desert. Complimentary desert was awesome. too bad there were no more other flavors for sorbet.
great food & service ever in hawaii
Matthew, our waiter, was terrific.
Due to an Uber snafu we would arrive later than our reservation but your maitre d adjusted our timeframe. Upon arrival I requested a window table and although the restaurant was busy the maitre d made it happen. Of course this was very much appreciated by all of us, especially the women. Service was exceptional as Donovan was very helpful with our wine selection to pair with our meal. The food was very tasty and more plentiful than we had expected. The family style side dishes were perfect to split between the 4 of us. We were not rushed and our drinks were kept full so that we could enjoy the ambience of the restaurant as well as the beautiful view.s.
The service at the start of our evening was great. However, when we had completed our dinner it was a 20 minute wait before the server returned and asked if we wanted dessert. I informed him that we needed a dessert menu since need to see what was available so he stated that he’ll look for one and when he returned he said there was only 1 available for 5 of us to look at. Then he opened it to present to us and found it was only in Japanese. Waited another 5 minutes for correct dessert menu. We ordered the brûlée and it took 15 minutes to bring to us. I had come there so frequently (with my family and company, Hawaiian Dredging) and I thought this was the longest visit I had. I was truly disappointed and since we waited so long that you guys would give us extra dessert. I gave a $91 tip since the bill was $531.39 and had a $250 American Express gift card so the amount I owed was $281.39, and the suggested tip amount stayed 18% on a $531.30 bill. I truly wished I didn’t leave such a great tip!! You need to make sure the servers wait on locals as they do to non-locals.
Good waiter, table locations was good as was the food
We celebrated our mom’s 70th birthday. First, music was up beat (retro vibe, shhhh my era); so fun! The service was impeccable. Ambiance was sheer perfection. Food was great! AND the view was beautiful. We will be coming back again.
The food and service was exceptional as always! It was the first time for my son and daughter in law and now they want to go back the next time they visit. I was disappointed that Disney had put up a green screen and blocked the sunset view. And it seemed a bit louder than normal. Otherwise, a wonderful dining experience from appetizer through Desert.
The food was awesome. But our server famale could hardly speak English we had a hard time understanding her. The where we was seated was kind of dark so had to use our cellphone light to see meau. But other then that it was ok.
Really nice steak !!
Food was really good as was the service, but noise level was too high and often required us to speak much louder them normal or to repeat ourselves.
The food, service and view were all great. Our group ate the in bone rib eye, filet mignon, and chateaubriand. Everyone agreed that this was the best steak they had eaten, every bite was so tender. The servers were very attentive making sure our water was always filled, clearing the table quickly and checking to see if everything was ok. Overall, it was a great experience.
The service was superb, but the rib eye was magnificent. Best steaks ever
We always enjoy dining at Signature. It is not only a place for celebrating special occasions, but also a casual dining choice for us when we want an excellent meal. Tara (server) was very attentative, friendly, and efficient. Additionally, the valet at the lobby provided excellent and friendly service. Derek
We were shown to a table that overlooked the shoreline of Oahu with a breathtaking view of the sunset. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic celebration of our 35 anniversary. Brandon, our waiter provided excellent service. He was both welcoming and friendly throughout our dinner. The food was delicious. My steak was tender and juicy and the desserts were to die for. Brandon also provided us with a special anniversary dessert in honor of our celebration. All in all everything was perfect and we would highly recommend Signature for that special occasion.
Having to wait more than 30 minutes for your first round of drinks is unacceptable at this type of establishment. However our server was aware and tried to compensate for it with a comped side dish.
Restaurant was very crowded but that wait was excessive.
Tasty steak and seafood with good situation. We also enjoyed nice sunset from 36th floors.
The view was beautiful!! And the entire ambiance of the place was great. I would love to come back again. My only issue was the lobster Mac & cheese. It did not say anywhere in the menu that there is bacon in it. I should have asked but I think I also should have been told since it’s not listed on the menu. So they were nice enough to make a new one for me without bacon. However when it came there was bacon in it again. So both times not knowing I took a bite. I haven’t eaten meat in about 15yrs until that day. I was grossed out. The server apologized and I know it wasn’t his fault. But they need to be more careful about things like that. Not everyone eats pork for various reasons. I’d still go back but I’d never order that side dish which is a shame because I love Mac & cheese. But I can’t trust that they would do it right without bacon and we had already eaten our meals and wAited for the new side dish that wasn’t correct. So we just gave up on trying it
We had a great time .
Thank you very much.I would like to go there again!
New Years eve
Good atmosphere and tasty steak.
I love this steak restaurant in Honolulu.
I will come again next visit here！
Impeccable service and food well above excellent!
The food was excellent! Everything we ordered was tasty--Caesar salad with individual Romaine leaves rather than chopped pieces and great dressing; veal chop was tender, juicy and tasty; lilikoi creme brulee was delicately flavored but good. My friend also thoroughly enjoyed her dinner: spinach strawbery salad was good, prime ribeye steak to die for and Fuji apple pie was the bomb!
Our waiter, Brandon, was timely and efficient. Thanks for your menu suggestions and professional service, Brandon!
Because it was New Year's Eve and there were many reserved tables, it seemed the tables were too close to each other so you could hear the next table's conversation. But our view out toward the ocean and Diamond Head was relaxing! Once the piano player started, the volume was a bit loud and it was hard to carry on a quiet conversation. So we decided it was time to end our pleasant dinner before it was marred by the music volume.
Meal was a tad pricey, but at least it was a great meal! We want to go back again!
The food was delicious. However, in the end, when the waiter took the plate out from our table, he poured oil to the top of my head.
We know the it was not by purpose but a restaurant like Signature should be able to do better.
The lady who was the manager came to calm us down but she was only talking about compensation which we never asked for. What we expected was a deep apologies which never came from her mouth. She was the worst manager we have ever met.
Great service best table.. love the ambience. Ricki and jarmyn are amazing. Made a the dinner even better. Great food
