Everyone, from the host to the bartender, Cameron, to our server, to the three managers that stopped to see how we were doing was amazing. It was our first time there so we did the build your own pasta which was delicious! Highly recommend.

We LOVED this dining experience! We live near by and watched the restaurant being built and finally decided to try it a year later for my husbands birthday. Our waitress, Kate, was fantastic! Our drinks never got to halfway full, we never had empty plates for long periods of time and the wine and food were just consistently coming in when we needed it. Kate helped us find a wine we would love, made sure our refills were prompt and overall was a very good waitress. I have no feedback for this place, though it is not exactly set in Italy, the Italian way of eating together and constant food around was very much alive. We got a meatball Ferris wheel which was the perfect amount for 6 adults and 3 kids. And we got several different pastas and a couple pizza dishes, with the utmost satisfaction! I recommend this place to everyone.

We got there at 5:45, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was sweet and knowledgeable. She recommended some appetizers, and they were very good, especially the meatball Ferris wheel. Everything is made fresh in the visible kitchen, so you can understand that fresh ingredients come with higher prices, so I expected that. Overall, it was a good meal. We ordered a cappuccino and cannoli for dessert. BUT the waitresses are overtasked with approximately 10 tables each. So hiring more staff should eliminate that hiccup. I would go back and try a different dish.

We have dined at Sicilian Butcher a few times and this time brought friends. Everyone loved their food, the decor of the restaurant and our service. Nice experience

We had patronized the "Butcher" several times before last night. We decided to try it last night with some friends after hearing they had released a new menu. I have to say, all four of our party was disappointed with our meal as well as the new menu. Two of us had the "pork parmesan which was a spin of there previous pork Milanese. The pork cutlet was much thinner than before, the breading was burnt on both and doused in marinara sauce that completely overtook the flavor of the pork. One of our party had to send hers back and requested one without sauce. When it came out, it too was burnt and tough. Not like the previous times we were accustomed to. My wife ordered the Margherita Pizza with extra basil. The pizza came out without very much basil at all, much less extra. The crust was tough unlike the previous times she has dined here. I'm not sure what has happened in the month and half since we were there last, but something definitely has changed. Whatever it is, I hope they can undo or fix it. We were hoping that this would be one of our "go-to" restaurants in the Alliance area.

Although it was a very business night, the food was not served hot. This, in my opinion, is not forgivable no matter how busy the restaurant is. Also, the sauces were scarcely furnished. On a positive note, the server was very attentive.

The service was outstanding our waitress was attentive, helpful and kind. However, I was not a fan of their food. It was poorly seasoned and the pasta was mushy rendering it inedible. Management was kind and adjusted the price. Though I will not return I think this restaurant is very kid friendly and perfect for a family gathering.

The worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. First I made a reservation for indoor and I was told that the system said we made a reservation for “any tables”. So they seated us outside in 95 degres weather with a three months old. I almost walked out at this point. Then the service was horrible. It seems like the staff is not trained. One of the server almost dropped a dish on my fiancé. My mom also found pieces of plastic in her lasagna. The food was not really tasty. The short ribs were the only thing that we liked. We will not come back and I do not recommend the location in Fort Worth.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and I have to say that Sicilian Butcher went above and beyond to ensure that we left satisfied and that we were! Our grandchildren were entertained with crayons and puzzles and the children's menu had a nice selection. The staff is amazing and very attentive.
