Once we got the food it was really good. For some reason it took over an hour to find out that they were out of turkey meatballs and if we still wanted them it would be another 15-20 minutes. We changed our order and waited another 15 minutes to finally get our food. I was looking forward to the gelato but since it was after 9 by the time we were done I had to pass. I’ve been here before and had great service, and would give them another try.

We had reservations for 2 at 5:30 on Father’s Day. The bruschetta and pasta dishes we had were quite good although we were disappointed that you couldn’t make substitutions on the meatball wheel. The ambiance at our table, which was along the main thoroughfare through the dining area, had more the feel of a cafe than a dinner restaurant. We ordered our wine and Bruschetta. Shortly after it arrived, we ordered our dinner so we could get the menus off the small table. Much to our dismay our pasta dishes arrived before we could finish the appetizer and we were not lingering. Might go back for lunch sometime, but not dinner.

Great look & feel. Mediocre food. Not an Italian Meat experience. Homemade pasta. Dishes were good but for the price and everything supposed to be quality & fresh it was not great. Little Bland. Carpaccio was not thin raw beef. Was dried thin slices that you’d get on a Costco charcuterie board. Service was very slow from the bar and in general. Very pleasant though. Gelato was very good.

Everyone, from the host to the bartender, Cameron, to our server, to the three managers that stopped to see how we were doing was amazing. It was our first time there so we did the build your own pasta which was delicious! Highly recommend.

This place was highly hyped to us, but we felt it fell short. Food was under seasoned, service was lacking, and it was downright chaotic. Very noisy and the kitchen (which we had a clear view of) and the staff were loud and disorganized. Our waitress was hardly around, did not bring us water or take our drink orders (someone else did that), martinis were warm - yuck! - and everything needed to be seasoned better. I shouldn't have to put salt on my food to make it have a taste. We felt very underwhelmed by this experience.

We went on Saturday before Father's Day. They were busier than what we had seen before at the same time on a Saturday. The waitress was slow to start. The food was wonderful as usual. We will definitely return for another visit.

The food and the service were spectacular! The bruschetta was phenomenal, the different flavors were amazing, especially the eggplant and then the cherry! The pasta is cooked to perfection, while the chicken parmigiana meat ball is divine!! So good, should definitely try! On top of all that, the service was amazing!

We LOVED this dining experience! We live near by and watched the restaurant being built and finally decided to try it a year later for my husbands birthday. Our waitress, Kate, was fantastic! Our drinks never got to halfway full, we never had empty plates for long periods of time and the wine and food were just consistently coming in when we needed it. Kate helped us find a wine we would love, made sure our refills were prompt and overall was a very good waitress. I have no feedback for this place, though it is not exactly set in Italy, the Italian way of eating together and constant food around was very much alive. We got a meatball Ferris wheel which was the perfect amount for 6 adults and 3 kids. And we got several different pastas and a couple pizza dishes, with the utmost satisfaction! I recommend this place to everyone.

We got there at 5:45, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was sweet and knowledgeable. She recommended some appetizers, and they were very good, especially the meatball Ferris wheel. Everything is made fresh in the visible kitchen, so you can understand that fresh ingredients come with higher prices, so I expected that. Overall, it was a good meal. We ordered a cappuccino and cannoli for dessert. BUT the waitresses are overtasked with approximately 10 tables each. So hiring more staff should eliminate that hiccup. I would go back and try a different dish.
