   We have been to this restaurant several times over the years. Apparently there is a new menu. Somewhat limited but would be OK if the food was of good quality and prepare properly. The Brisket meat in the tacos was extremely tough. The Duck breast was extremely tough, probably because it was raw. The schnitzel was made from processed pork, not fresh pork. No doubt it is made somewhere and then sent frozen ready to cook. Too thick and too tough. The salmon was farm raised which is not that unusual these days. We will not be back until we hear that changes have been made.

   Lovely Mothers day celebration. Great food and service with valet parking! Can't beat that.

   I booked this reservation a couple of months ago for Mother's Day. I was not aware that it would be a prix fixe brunch buffet. The server also mentioned that we should have received a phone call notifying us of the menu, but we didn't receive a call. I work night shift and often have my phone on do not disturb during the day so I can sleep, but I also didn't receive a voicemail regarding the fixed menu. The price for the food served was not worth it. We would have been better off spending the same amount (or maybe even less) at a steak and seafood night at one of the local/bigger casinos. Also, and maybe I'm just being nit picky at this point, but we were the first ones to arrive at the restaurant and checked in with the hostess at 8:55am. She told us that she would not be able to seat us until our reservation time at 9:00am. I just thought it was weird that 5 minutes was going to make or break getting seated. We will return to this restaurant, but only on regular days when they don't have special menus.

   The Shore Room’s head Chef Sean Munshaw, the manager Michael, and the entire supporting staff does an amazing job. Between the high caliber service, presentation, and the craftsmanship of their menu items, ambiance and overall value - I believe the Shore Room is the most delightful restaurant in Reno. It’s one of the best kept secrets to locals, which is why we keep returning time and time again. The restaurant’s current entree, ‘Grilled Chicken Thighs’ is one of the top dishes I’ve ever had in Reno.

   Fantastic service and attention to detail. Our food allergies were taken seriously and recommendations for meals and accomodations were spot on. Great drinks and ambiance.

   Delicious Easter Brunch! Prime rib cooked to perfection and bountiful, fresh seafood! Salmon Benedit was delicious as were the poached lobster tails! Wonderful selection of desserts too! Service was lacking. Waiter never brought us the salt and pepper or checked back on our beverages until we were at dessert stage.

   Had lunch with three different selections and we sat on the patio. Very comfortable with low noise level. All three lunch items were very good. Service was good as well .

   Selections were limited, prices were high, food was okay, not something that matched pricing. The patio is beautiful and the river is very nice. I won't go back, and really cant recommend it for anything other than drinks.

    The ambience was great, the food exceptional, and the pricing fair. I absolutely recommend them and plan to visit again.
