We had another enjoyable meal at the Shore Room at the Renaissance Hotel. two people dining with us had the pork schnitzel. They thought it was delicious and a generous portion. They also enjoyed the garden salad that they shared. My husband had the duck breast. It was cooked perfectly. I had their burger. You can really judge a restaurant by their burger. It was cooked perfectly to my liking. The bun was amazing and nicely toasted. I always love their fries. We shared two lemon tarts for dessert and it was a hit with all of us.

In the past the food was outstanding but this time is was just OK, not the usual delicious. For the price we expected more.

We arrived in time for happy hour prices! Beautiful views of the river, great drinks and delicious food. Parking is also free and easy, just next to the hotel entrance. Duck lettuce wraps were great!

A Family favorite with staples we love. Breakfast this round consisted of chicken fried steak and chorizo Benedict. Add bottomless mimosas and pure deliciousness! Colin provided impeccable service. All around a great meal!

Service wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. Food items were good but I would avoid the “Wagyu and scallops”. 1 scallop cut in half and shredded beef really didn’t hit the mark. All other items were nice. Chicken thighs were great. Hamachi was average. Octopus was good. Tacos were okay

We love sitting on the patio by the river. My friend and I split a bottle of wine and then leisurely ordered four different small plates to share. As it wasn’t too busy in the restaurant, we didn’t feel bad camping at a table for a bit. Everything was delicious and we had such a wonderful time. Terrific service.

We were seated at a table outside next to the river. It was just awesome. A little windy at times but we all loved it. I had the tacos and muscles. I know they were appetizers but it made a great dinner for me. The single malt scotch I ordered was a little pricey and I would have been better off getting a nice beer. My wife had the flat iron steak and loved it. She had a nice bottle of red wine from France that was excellent. They have a great wine list. The restaurant is in a really nice hotel so you’re already feeling special before you walk into this lovely restaurant. Great experience! We’re going to make this place a regular stop when we’re in town.
