Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Chris, she was absolutely great. We have the veggie pesto pizza and let me tell you it was easily one of the beat pizzas I have had. Excellent cocktail and beer choices. The ambience was great the services spectacular. Can’t wait to go back.

We would have liked a menu. Reading it on a smart phone was difficult. The pizza and sandwich were great. Side salad was lettuce only. Service was good!

Great service with patio seating and a good supply of heaters to keep everyone warm. Excellent Burrata (actually best I have had), followed by really excellent salad and great pizza. The beers were great, the wine selection a little underperforming but still ok and I think better known for their cocktails. We will be going back for sure and bringing family and other friends. We have been bragging about this new find for us!

We loved The Shop. It's a little hard to find in the middle of an RB strip mall, but once you locate it, they have a nice outdoor patio. It all feels very safe if you're looking for outdoor dining. And just as importantly, the food is delicious. They're known for their deep-dish pizzas. They have several 'specialties', but you can also build your own. Salads are good too. My wife and I shared a small deep-dish and a salad. Both were plenty large to share among 2 people. They also have an extensive beer and wine list. We'll definitely return.

Terrific. But not pushy service. The food, especially the deep dish pizzas, are terrific and well worth the wait. The wine list is eclectic with some very nice pours by the glass. So thankful to have a place like this in RB!

Service and food were excellent!

Nice to be able to eat outside again. It was a cool evening but the heaters worked well. I imagine they have cushions for the benches but it had been raining. The food and service was great!

Took my sister-in-law for her first deep dish pizza will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic deep dish pizza (and thin crust too if thats your jam), ridiculously good meatballs and garlic toast and a bar selection that is perfection....

Met some friends for lunch out in the patio. They got salads that they proclaimed were “excellent” and I got one of the deep dish pizza which is fabulous!
Proper spacing of tables and all safety procedures were in place to allow us to have a nice dining experience.

They know how to make cocktails! If that isn’t your thing the drink menu has great choices for wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. The pizza was above average and loved the arugula salad. We felt safe on the outdoor patio that had heaters. Recommend highly! They do take out and delivery too. Support your local non chain restaurants!

I would go there again. I found the deep dish pizza good but didn't care for the amount of tomato sauce and chunks on it.

So excited to have a great deep dish pizza restaurant close to home! It's not quite a Chicago style but pretty close and the owner doesn't claim it to be, he calls it "West Coast Deep Dish". Whatever you want to call it, it's delicious! The services was fabulous, waiting on us comfortably for any need and informing us from the start that the deep dish takes extra time, much appreciated the tip! The owner stopped by to ask about our experience was very gracious and even insisted that when we return we make sure to say hi to him. They've done a great job with the decor of the restaurant and the outside patio is lovely! We will return!!

We went for my husband’s birthday and brought our daughter. They were really busy but the food came out great and on time and the service was excellent. I am excited to have such a nice new place nearby! Great food and awesome specialty drink selection.

Best pizza my husband and I have ever eaten. The crust was delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. Although the pizza's take about 30 minutes to prepare, the outdoor ambiance is delightful - we enjoyed wine/beer and a delicious salad while we waited for our pizza. We will be back!

Service was friendly but server did not bring drinks as expected and not super available to request.

This is our second time going there and we love their deep dish. They used to have fresh garlic for bread but they discontinued it. We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:15 pm and we were the only ones there. A nice little surprise at the end was the pumpkin cheesecake they had. We had been craving pumpkin cheesecake for a while but didn't want to go to that other famous place. This one at the Shop was way better. It was made from a local bakery in Poway.

Meatballs are to die for and the deep dish pizza is amazing! Our waitress was very attentive and nice.

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is perfect, as well as the location and staff. I celebrated my birthday yesterday, have brought friends here, met the manager, and purchased gift cards. The BEST!

A gem in the ‘burbs. The restaurant doesn’t pretend to be what it’s not - Chicago style deep dish. The manager and staff were upfront in saying they were “California deep dish”. Not as dense as the Chicago style, it was still absolutely delicious. So was the beet arugula salad we started with and the house gimlet. We will be back.
