   The Ship is a quaint little pub with beams and low ceilings. Beautifully decorated with foliage and fairy lights. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is great value and delicious. Not overly busy or noisy even at lunchtime. I would recommend.

   The Sunday lunch chicken was awful, like it had been roast for days on end. The beef was similar to supermarket sliced beef with gravy on. The best thing about the meal was the service and the drinks.

   So sorry to hear your review, the meats are roasted from fresh, the beef is sliced on a meat slicer, not random cuts.

   Really good food - well cooked and hot. Very crowded and rather noisy, but calmed down around 2.30 pm.

    Another beautiful meal with great service, food was amazing came really quickly and service was great even though they were busy with a very busy quiz night
