We were a group of 12 all of whom enjoyed their meal. Friendly and relaxing atmosphere. No pressure and left alone to enjoy ourselves.

Double Bay's iconic Golden Sheaf is the perfect spot to catch up with friends for lunch and a few drinks. Great service and a 2nd to none menu.

My entire family had a wonderful evening at The Sheaf last night, the food was amazing, the service was 5 star, and nothing was a problem for our group of 15 people. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to return!

the food was disappointing. i paid $34 for a rare steak which of course came out medium well done. the fries were cold. the bit of lettuce was a joke. So all that i ate was the overcooked steak. even though i'd made a booking for 8, the indian chap who i spoke to when i first arrived told me that there were no bookings at night. it wasn't til i showed him the text confirmation that he suddenly had a memory jolt and by then i had found the table for myself with my name on it.

I had been there third time and always enjoyed so I organised to have my friends over from western suburbs. They also enjoyed and staff were friendly. Very easy to book online as we all are deaf.
