We serve traditional food made from the very best local ingredients, including fresh meat and produce from our very own farm near Malvern. Our menu features a range of old classics, including our Proper Steak and Ale Pie, made with homemade shortcrust thyme pastry, Hereford steak and Ledbury ale. In addition, we have our daily specials from our farm, using only the very best cuts of lamb or pork.

We also offer a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

I had the spinach and chickpea curry. It tasted nice but nothing special. Maybe a popadom or some naan would be a nice touch. For desert I had the cheesecake. It was covered in a disgusting red sauce- the same as children have on ice cream. Completely spoiled the dish. My partner had burger which he enjoyed and then had the brownie. Very very small piece and a small amount of ice cream. Disappointing and not worth the money.

Good, attentive service, quality decor, quiet (Tues evening after bank holiday). Beer was well kept and pleasant. Food well presented and tasty, but marginally over-cooked pork chop for the price. Would happily return!

The staff were very friendly and the bar area very cosy. The restaurant area was very pleasant, but we found it a bit cold, due to air conditioning, I think. But made up for by the warmth of welcome and the excellent food!

We ate at the Seven Stars while staying in Ledbury. Food was good and we ate in the restaurant part at the back although food is also served in the bar area. Quite a good range of choices - we shared a Camembert to start with. I had beetroot flavoured salmon and my husband had haddock and chips. Portions quite large. We finished with lime posset and a mix of sorbets. Pleasant service but a little slow.

This pub/restaurant is right in the heart of Ledbury and serves really good, tasty food. The portions are generous so make sure you're hungry if you're going to eat there.

We love this place. Great food great staff great ambiance. My only criticism is you only get one fillet of fish. We eat out a lot. If I order sea bass anywhere else you get TWO fillets. Bit mean. Otherwise ace!!

My wife and I stayed in Ledbury last Sunday, I liked that they served a Sunday lunch till 8pm and that it was all locally sourced from their own farm. The food and service was fantastic, we both had the beef, which was top quality. I had a fish cake to start and my wife had the apple pie for dessert again top notch. All in all 10/10.

The food is fantastic. Highly recommend the Sunday roasts. Have eaten here on a few occasions and have not been disappointed once. The next great thing is the service. A special mention and thanks to them all for the great and thoughtful service and care they provide. Would highly recommend The Seven Stars.

We had a really good roast beef meal last Sunday and the only slight point was that the veg. wasn't piping it when served. We had though requested the gravy to be served separately and, once it was poured on, the meal was heated to a sufficient temperature. Staff excellent and atmosphere lovely! Thank you!

I took my sister out for dinner on her birthday. It was very warm so we were pleased to be able to sit outside where we had very good service and enjoyed our meal from the menu. She had sea bass and I had mussels which were lovely! I have to say that we were happy that there were no young children at nearby tables.

A really quiet Wednesday evening. We were only customers eating at the time of our arrival but there was a significant delay between ordering and getting our food. The burger bun was dry and all the cheese completely melted into my burger, suggesting it had been kept warm while they resolved "miscommunication in the kitchen." The deserts arrived more promptly but again there was an error with one pudding being incorrect. Not the usual standard so will return in the hope it was a glitch.

Meat was lovely, one bowl of veg between four wasn’t enough, had to ask for more gravy too as very dry plate. Table was too small for four, we had no room for drinks & condiments so bottle of wine stood on the floor. Yes we perhaps should have asked to move but unsure if tables for six were booked. Overall though good value for money, new waitress was very sweet, we would return for midweek dining but perhaps not rush back for Sunday roast.

Food was very good but we did have to wait quite a while for the desserts to be offered - in the end I got the menu's myself and then they came and took the order - could have done with a few more staff but otherwise all very good.

I was told the fish was sea bass and when it came it was salmon. The steak and ale pie was disappointing and not enough vegetables. The french apple tart was good. As it was my birthday meal it was very average.

We were a bit disappointed, we were the only ones in the restaurant on a Saturday night. The food was tasty but I had seabass, it was one fillet , on a few saute potatoes with a bit of broccoli. I thought it was expensive for what it was, I think it was £17.50 , I was still hungry after I had eaten it. Service was excellent and the waitresses were lovely . Its a shame as its a lovely pub but its put us off going back
