This is our second time of visiting the Seven Stars and have to say it was equally as good as the first time, the food was excellent along with the service and ambiance. We couldn’t fault it so much so we have booked again.

We had a great time dining in the lovely garden on a hot summer’s evening. The food was yummy, the service great and prompt but not too quick. The menu was a little more interesting than some surrounding local pubs. All in all a fab evening and we will certainly return. Also dog friendly…always a bonus!

As always Steph and the team were friendly, helpful and provide a quick service. Their small fish and chips is always delicious and good value.

Very pleasant server but they got the order wrong. We were served a large crayfish and prawn salads (£19 each) instead of a prawn and crayfish ciabatta (9.50 each) . When we mentioned it to the server and Said we didn’t want to pay £19 for a light lunch the salads were taken away And made into a very mediocre ciabatta with very stodgy and tasteless bread The scampi and chips that the other people had was apparently fine Service rather slow Overall a disappointing experience

New menu since we were last there (although still some old favourites like fish n chips, burgers etc which 7 Stars always does so well) but we had the most delicious dinner. My salmon (harissa, couscous, Mediterranean veg) was completely delicious (I was scraping the plate clean) and hubby had the most beautiful looking sea trout with gnocchi and all sorts of fresh green crunchy morsels thrown in. He loved it. Atmosphere and service all spot on even though Stef not there (a rare event) but the food was the stand out winner. Can’t wait to go back for more.

Fabulous as always. Never disappointed at The Seven Stars. Food & service amazing. It’s so good, we’re going back tonight for my husband’s birthday. Love this place ❤️
