   After making our reservation online, I called to insure we could be seated on the patio. Hardly anyone was on the patio, so the call hadn’t been necessary, but we were very happy we sat outside - it was a pleasant evening, the outside areas are outstanding, and we could hear each other without the poor acoustics we had previously experienced inside. We started with mixed cocktails and the trio of ceviches. For entrees we ordered the salmon and the ribeye. Our margarita and ranch water were perfect. I recommend the salmon - it was absolutely delicious. Seared and served over the most delicious grits with a flavorful golden tomato sauce.

   2nd time to The Seeker. As the last everything was excellent. Emma was our server and did an excellent job. Steaks and Chicken were all excellent. We were celebrating an Anniversary and they recognized that with keepsake menus and deserts. George stopped by to check on us and recommended the Bread and Butter pickles that were just like grand ma used to make. Then he recommend the pickled Watermelon rinds that were tasty. Topped it off with the bread desert with ice cream and it was a great evening. We will be back for sure. And have to mention the pickled fried green beans that were a big hit with the table from some who not green beans fans. Thanks again.

   A truly unique find in Stephenville! The atmosphere is retro-cool vibe and the food is excellent. The ceviche tasting was fresh and played with a special twist. The fried chicken was the best we have had ever!! We sat at the bar and Jade made us a super dirty vodka martini and the tastiest fresh margarita. Can’t say enough about our experience- plus we finished and walked back to cool suite at the new and fabulous Interstate Inn!

   My girlfriend and I went to The Seeker for a Sunday lunch date, and we were impressed! The food was great, and the service was incredible! Definitely going back during their dinner menu!

   First visit to The Seeker and it will not be our last. One of the finest dining experiences we have had. Had Steaks and Sea Bass. All prepared just as we liked them. Had Queso and Hells Eggs as Apps and they were wonderful. Drinks were very tasty and the Service from Nicole was attentive and always timely. Thanks for a Wonderful evening. Even Met Chef Stephan Pyles as me visited a table a couple of times during dinner.
