Communal dining is a quintessential human experience. With that understanding, we simply must serve great food. In-season, locally sourced with quality ingredients, and impeccably prepared – for lunch and dinner. We'll be a gathering place for the community and guests in a fresh and new space that honors the legacy of the Lodge, while tantalizing the palette with flavors that celebrate the bounty that the area has to offer – from lush produce to the freshest catch. We aim to offer fair and approachable pricing – inviting locals regularly and inspiring visitors to make the trip – and to serve meals with the warmth and care of being in someone's home.

    Peay Vineyards sits on a ridge above a river gorge in the northwestern corner of the “true” Sonoma Coast, 4 miles from the chilly Pacific Ocean. A consistent afternoon ocean wind, their location in the cool inversion layer, and ancient marine soils allow them to produce wines of elegance, intensity, and focus. Peay Vineyards is a first generation family winery started in 1996. Husband and wife, Nick Peay and Vanessa Wong, grow and make the wine and Nick’s brother, Andy Peay, sells the wine and runs the business. Vanessa Wong was formerly the winemaker at Peter Michael Winery. They planted the first 30 acres of the 54 acre vineyard in 1998 with the remaining planted in 2001 and 2008. 2002 was their first vintage. They now grow and produce estate-only Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, Viognier and Roussanne/Marsanne. They sell fruit to a handful of premier wineries, but the majority of their fruit goes into their own bottlings. The Peay family farms organically and maintains their certifications for fish-friendly farming and integrated pest management. Taking sustainability one step further, they also run on bio-diesel at the vineyard and solar power at both the vineyard and winery. We are delighted to welcome Vanessa, Nick, and Andy to the Lodge on this special evening. After an initial glass of rosé, you will be invited into the Dining Room to an immersive multi-course dinner with ingredients from our Farm, with side-by-side pours of current release and library wines, handpicked from their cellars. Included in this experience is a complimentary ($100 value) day-of group tour and tasting at the Annapolis estate during the afternoon (exact time to be determined.)

                                                                                                                                Fantastic service from Amber, exceptional wine (try the Occidental Pinot Noir, you won't regret it) and a fresh and interesting seasonal menu. We were delighted that there was also a 3 piece jazz combo playing in the lounge. It simply couldn't have been better, right down to the freshly caught local Halibut Ceviche!

                                                                                                                                This was our first time visiting Sea Ranch, and it was lovely! The service was really kind and attentive, the food and drinks were delish, and the ocean views made it all that much better. Definitely recommend!

                                                                                                                                This is a relatively classy restaurant far from any significant city or town. As such, it is to be expected they charge for every thing possible. For example a refill of a Diet Coke was $5. A single slice of bread was 5.50. The food was reasonable . good. Ambiance and noise level were very good. The shining spot in this restaurant is its service. Whlie all the staff did an excellent job, Our server, Amber was topnotch. She was cheerful, efficient and informative. She made our experience at the Lodge extremely pleasant.

Our waitress appeared to be a little overwhelmed. We had to wait longer than people at other tables for her to take our drink order and then food order and for things we needed during the meal, like another drink, take-home box.

                                                                                                                                Dinner at the lodge is always a must each trip to Sea Ranch. Service is always 10/10! We've had the pleasure of watching the dining room evolve over the last few years since 2020 and the current dinner menu has so many great selections and is the best version yet. Their wine list is great, and I was happy to see a glass of Melon de Bourgogne on there which has been my latest obsession. Ordered the corn chowder to share, which was so tasty, and the risotto for the main. The risotto I actually had a few months ago and had to get it again this time because it is truly so delicious! Please never take it off the menu! However, for this occasion it was undercooked. I still enjoyed every bite though because it tastes THAT good. :) Looking forward to dining again next trip!

                                                                                                                                Seated late, long wait before taking our order, food took nearly an hour to arrive after ordering (even the French fries took an hour). Seemed like a very inexperienced wait staff.
