The lobster roll was unbelievably salty I ordered lobster risotto…. It was swimming in liquid The waitress took it back … next time it come out .… rice was tough like it was microwaved and the lobster salty Really disappointed Service was great but what could she do about the food

Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. Calamari was not my choice but was the best I’ve had in ages …lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. My lamb chops were generous, tender and delicious. My spouses tuna was enough for three meals and was also well prepared and tasty.

Quite frankly, We were disappointed. The food was average at best. I ha a glass of wine that was listed available for bottle only. Waitess told me that was also available by the glass, but failed to tell the actual price price per glass. It was much higher than all the other wine by the glass. I did not say anything. We could just not wait to leave. Another thing that bother us was that when the waitresses came to the table, the stunk of cigarette smoke. They must have stepped outside to smoke and brought the smell with them to our table.

Food pretty good….but the service was the worst…the staff ran around all night while the manager (or owner) passed through with friends socializing while his customers waited at tables for 15 minutes and finally had to call someone over just for water!…we were never even acknowledged… we would have left, but it was our anniversary and it was late. The staff was kind but never apologized once for the wait…two hours for an app and entree. Completely mismanaged.

Very noisy, not enough waitresses, did not have some of the alcohol items on the menu. The lamb chops were very good as were the mushroom ravioli. The Bronzino was overcooked. They fried it and then served it in a sizzling hot cast-iron pan, which cooked it even more and made the vegetables on the side burned. .

We chose The Shore Club for our Mother’s Day dinner, expecting a special experience—and while the food certainly delivered, the service left much to be desired. The kitchen deserves credit: our meals were flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. From appetizers to entrées, the food was the highlight of the evening and showed real culinary skill. Unfortunately, the service was a different story. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and it showed at every turn. Our server seemed overwhelmed and unprepared—drinks took an unreasonably long time to arrive, the wrong meals were delivered to our table more than once, and no one seemed to know who ordered what. We spent much of the evening trying to flag someone down just for basic service. It felt chaotic and disorganized, which really detracted from what should have been a smooth and enjoyable celebration. With better staffing and management attention to customer service, The Shore Club could offer a truly top-tier dining experience. But based on this visit, it’s hard to recommend for special occasions unless those issues are addressed.

I can't say enough about this restaurant! I went with my family to celebrate my husband's and son's birthday. Food was outstanding! Price was so reasonable. Margarita was very attentive and invited us back for the poolside side opening this weekend. Don't sleep on this restaurant it is amazing!
