Duck Breast
Pan seared duck breast with blueberry gastrique, butter fried baked potato and grilled broccoli romanesco steaks.
Petrale Sole
Hazelnut encrusted petrale sole with a rustic chimichurri, herbed potato cakes and grilled vegetables.

Brunch Menu

Saturday and Sunday, 10:30-2:30.

Omelet
Three egg omelet filled with cajun bratwurst, sauteed bell peppers, mushrooms, onion and pepper jack cheese. Served with a choice of bacon or bacon sausage.
Sweet
Pretzel bread french toast topped with a blackberry-bourbon syrup. Served with a choice of two eggs any style and bacon or bacon sausage.
Savory
Sliced turkey sandwich with fresh apple and brie on a french baguette. Topped with mustard aioli and pea shoots. Served with a choice of soup, salad or fries.
Eggs Benedict
Bacon and white cheddar creamy polenta topped with sauteed spinach, cornmeal fried green tomatoes, two poached eggs and finished with a chipotle hollandaise.

Only a 15 minute drive from Medford, this large converted school house serves up beers and comfort food with a German touch. Well worth a visit. We’d go back without any question.

We always have the best family dinners at Brewhouse. Sunday the 8th at 5pm ... the food was really great and the SERVICE was outstanding!!! The staff is GREAT!!

I am a native german living in California for 20 years. I have been to lots of german restaurants in the US. Generally speaker the school Haus served the best and most authentic german food I had so far. I can highly recommend the schnitzel and sausages, while the spätzle weren’t that impressive, tasted like average Mac and cheese.

Wanted to start the new year out with a nice dinner, just my wife and I. The night we were married, we had dinner here with my best man and his wife, and we have always enjoyed eating here.
