   We all had different roasts dinners today. Beef-lamb and pork. And was all delicious and served nice and hot. Be back soon 👍👍

   April 2025 lunch time. Unexpectedly our food was below par. Steak & Ale Pie contained tough, dry cubes of meat. Without expectation, the meat within these pies always fell apart, moist and luscious. Lovely waitress reported this to the chef. We expected a response Chef. We received silence. Saracens Head, little Brington has always been our go to for food, beer and ambiance Historically loyal consumers.

   The Saracens Head is a bit of a regular for us and the food is consistently excellent. We booked a table in the bar, so it was a bit more relaxed with a lively atmosphere. Saracens does amazing homemade pies - on the specials board - and the men in our group were delighted with the teriyaki pork pies last night. A couple of us had the market cut special which was a jerk seasoned pork chop, delicious. The new dessert menu made it very hard to choose. The service was brilliant and the choice of drinks, beers and wine is always great.

   One of the best Sunday dinners I’ve had in a very long time. Great food, very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will definitely going back.

   We were greeted on entry and shown immediately to our table. Within a few minutes we were asked for drinks orders and they arrived at the table very quickly. The restaurant and outside seating areas were all full but the service was excellent. We had two sharing platters and they were very good. One of my guests said that his main course was the best he had had since Christmas and we all agreed our various main courses were excellent, as were the desserts. The only unfortunate part was that one of the ice cream varieties was unavailable, but this was understandable, given the warm weather. Overall our visit was a very pleasant experience and we will certainly return.

    A lovely, old village pub. The service we have always had from every single member of staff is exceptional. We went for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was full when we left, but the atmosphere was relaxed and very jolly, with lots of people having a good time. The waiting staff, though they seemed quite young, were very good, confident, kind and considerate. The food was mindblowingly good. We had beef and it was melt in the mouth perfect. Thanks to everyone who made this happen.
