   Not a great experience at all. The menu was only a bar menu we were told there was no A La Carte menu. It was Thursday 02 May we went there. The staff are very slow and unprofessional. We ordered wine and it never came so had to ask again for drinks. The place was empty and nobody at the bar so not like it was busy. My wife had to tell them 3 times what meal she wanted and it still came out wrong and wasn’t the dish she ordered 3 times! Would not recommend this place.

   Food was excellent. Our group enjoyed their meal. We felt the service let the bar and grill down big time. At first, the Waitress was attentive but she must have gone home or end of her shift because we were left for ages without anyone coming over to us. The Management seamed to wander about like they hadn't a clue what to do. We had to get up off our seats to go to a member of staff to ask them to come and clear our plates. The empty plates were sitting there for ages before this was actioned (by us). Luckily enough the Kitchen saved the day with its delicious food. Shame the Restaurant staff weren't as efficient.

   Service was bad, it was slow, no real bar person, one waiter accused my husband of not paying for his pint which of course he did. No irish staff at all. Couldn't pull a pint for the life of them. Breakfast the next morning was stone cold. Over priced too.

   The food was really nice, the ribeye beef burger was delicious. The food was fresh and hot when it came to the table. The staff were attentive, but there was a mix up in our order. We also felt that the waitress struggled with understanding our order. However when we explained the mix up it was dealt with efficiently.

   They cancelled the booking a day or two before, I didn't manage to book anywhere else. A few friends left their job earlier because of this booking. This was very wrong. I didn't try the food or the service but I give 1 star because I never experienced such a thing specially during Christmas.
