Incredible food and service. This newly opened hotel is up and running and pay attention to every detail! It’s an old historic hotel with tons of ambience….first class chefs and bar service…you won’t be disappointed in this place! Not staying there? Probably THE BEST restaurant and bar in Ouray!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

This place is stunning. The newly remodeled Western hotel is incredible. Every corner had so much attention to the old school design. The chefs were incredible and our service from Sean was amazing. We got the short rib, blue corn bread & custard for dessert. Thanks for a great experience
