Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

My experience was only average compared to my visit in March. The quality of the food and service has noticeably declined. Additionally, upon reviewing my bill, we found a charge of $53 for the macaroni and cheese.

Food and service were great. The only downside is we were with friends and it was very hard to carry a conversation with our group due to the music levels and the acoustics in the space made it hard to hear.

Great meal and service. Like most Atlas restaurants, not so sure it’s worth the price. Menu hasn’t changed at all since opening, but overall it was a great experience.

It’s the staff that makes the difference. We can go to any restaurant but when you feel truly welcome it’s everything. Courtney thank you for taking such great care of us. This was only our sevens time there but when we come back to Baltimore this will be our first stop.

The Ruxton is a very upscale restaurant. The Steak and lobster were excellent. The atmosphere was very professional from the staff, to the guest. It was my first experience, but definitely won't be the last.
