Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.

Great food, great service, amazing ambiance. I don’t believe you can miss with any of the items on the Ruxton menu.

Honestly for the price of the food, I was expecting a bit more pizazz. For example at least giving me an overview of the menu since it was my first time there. The sides were not really shareable size portions especially the asparagus. I was disappointed that Brussel sprouts were not on the menu. There were a lot of people on staff that were standing around in groups. On a positive note: the dry aged steak was delicious definitely could taste the difference.

My waiter down to my food was wonderful. The creamed spinach was my favorite side. The drinks are on point.

The restaurant was very cold. The food was very good. The service was great one of my favorites in the Baltimore area.

The food was great. The service was great. My only issue was the seating. Their seating is more geared toward groups of people. I’m sure they get a fair amount of couples to groups. Overall the experience was an amazing time.

Not sure why we hadn't visited prior to today. The food and service were top notch. Our servers were on point, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We shall return.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end, everything we ordered was amazing and our waiter was so nice it was a great time and we can’t wait to go back again!! We ordered the wagyu sliders 10/10, the Australian wagyu 10/10, the filet mignon 10/10, creamy potato’s and the roasted Broccoli as sides 10/10 beautiful restaurant!!!
