   The food was good but the service let the evening down. We had to request to place our food order after sitting for 30 minutes, we then had to wave someone down for more drinks.

   Perfect as always. We sat outside in the courtyard for a drink first which was lovely. They were happy to make adjustments for my dietary requirements. Food, drinks and service were great.

    Our food took a long time to come and we were slightly disappointed when they came. The atmosphere is great and the staff are lovely but the toppings let the amazing pizza dough down. Our starter of burrata was incredible and the drinks selection was really good.

    Fantastic place to eat! Food was amazing, the decor of the restaurant was amazing and all the staff were very polite and really nice! It was a touch of class being able to see the quite clearly skilled chef making the dough, tossing it in the air! Impressive! This will be a regular place for me now, thank you

    Staff at Rustic Crust are always friendly. They give polite and efficient service with a smile. Friday night was busy and noisier that it has been on other nights. This made it harder to chat but gave a lively atmosphere. Delicious pizza and parmesan cream. Will book again soon.

    Sometimes customer service is hit and miss. Coming out with first drinks and food needs to be timed better. Drinks order needs to be first and then food etc waiters waitresses are friendly and smiley though just a little lack of training

    We have been here a few times and really want to like it. The menu is great & pizzas and cocktails are lovely. But every time we have been the service is SO SLOW. We had to get up & find a waitress every time we needed something/next course/plates cleared etc. This was despite being the only diners initially and a fairly quiet day. It's really tricky having such long waits for food & poor service with young children dining. Please improve the service & it will be fine.

    Seriously the best pizza - delicious base, perfect toppings. The special was a pizza with spicy Italian sausage and a whole, super creamy burrata. Amazing. The staff couldn’t be friendlier - you just know they love working here. Great buzzy atmosphere too - perfect night out.

    We love coming here, we travel 40 minutes for our date nights. It’s become a firm favourite the pizza is excellent. The place is always full and we always get great service. The cocktails are lovely although abit pricey, but it’s worth it just for the food.

    Our first visit to Rustic Crust. The food, service was great but we struggled with the noise. We went with friends but couldn’t hold any sort of conversation, couldn’t even hear the lovely waitress. Spoilt our experience.

    We liked the Rustic Crust. Our food was amazing. We enjoyed the mozarella garlic bread, tiramisu, and limoncello spritzers. Our grandson was getting a little impatient due to the slow service and our table took ages to be cleared inbetween courses.. But, we loved the pizzas. Thank you.

    This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is good, some italian classics :)
