   Very disappointed with the whole experience. I had done my research on line and the reviews were good - excellent so was really looking forward to finding another great pub restaurant. The service was poor, very slow taking order and took almost an hour to get our main course. No fish available and tomato and basil soup had chilli in which I am allergic to. Steak pies were OK but the reason for the delay was 'they had to make more pastry top'. They had over an hour to do this and even I can make pastry in less than an hour!! Go if you feel you must, but I am sorry I cannot recommend the food, service or ambience.

   Would leave a review if this place had been open for our booking we arrived over 10 minutes early to find the place closed so no meal
