   Disappointing visit today for Sunday lunch. The service wasn’t great, no idea who was responsible for looking after our table. The food was either overcooked - Camembert starter, unavailable - fillet steak, or it took too long to arrive - the main courses and my daughter told us afterwards her burger and chips were cold When we asked for the bill the right bill was delivered but they charged another table’s bill to my credit card which we pointed out as they had undercharged us. They refunded this and applied the right charge. The place was very busy and past meals have been better.

   Great food and attentive service, lovely ambiance. Have been here many times and never disappoints.

   We had not been here for a while as the food had not been good. However with the new menu and must be a new chef the food was excellent. Staff are a lot better too they used to be rude. scored four stars as the waiter forgot to bring my drinks order. Will make it a regular place to dine now.

   Unbelivably noisy. Unpleasantly so. Everything else was fine, but we were very keen to get out of there as soon as we could.

   The experience at The Royal Saracens Head is always excellent. Service, food and atmosphere are always consistently good.

    visited with my partner and 15 year old grandson as a "grown up"treat for him. Whilst I have never had a bad meal at the "Sarries" I was pleasantly surprised how good the food was on this occasion, we each remarked on the quality. Service was quite slow to start ,from seating till first food was an hour but thereafter the service was leisurely but perfectly acceptable. Ambiance was good and staff most pleasant and overall it was a most enjoyable experience, particularly for my grandson. We have always quite liked the Sarries and left with reputation enhanced.
