   Absolutely fantastic place to eat salt and pepper squid is amazing and as for the roast beef just melt in the mouth. I ask for rare and I got it,so tender and very tasty.

   We were the only two diners in the restaurant apart from a group of about 12 ‘lads’ who were having fun - our server sat us right by them Food was fine apart from I had fish and chips for about £18.00 - it was the smallest piece of fish I have ever seen - told our server sat us- who agreed - however that was it - taken off the bill in the end but hey that’s not the point - shame because we so much want this pup to come back No real apology- from them Hope they get better soon!

   Good place to have an intimate meal or a group. Three pubs to choose from in this village but I would say this is the best for a nice meal out.

   Went on a Sunday when they were doing roast. Lovely vegetarian nut roast

   Lovely food though the service was a bit slow and didn't really warrant the 12.5% service charge!

   Excellent food and ambience , service struggled a little but was peak Sunday lunch period so understandable. High recommended
