   Enjoyed the setting The food selection was tasty, wish they had cards for food selection on all things Could tell it was coming to the end of the service at 1pm as things were not being replenished - ie deserts Would have liked to seen a couple more “standard” breakfast items - bacon, hashbrowns, sausage Staff was friendly, but very very slow for clearing plates, would often come back and still have plates on tables

   The service, presentation, and flavour at the Rosseau was spectacular! Every last detail was thought of. We will be back!

   The grazing table was not refilled enough. We waited 15 minutes for the smoked salmon and very little came out. It was like they didn’t have enough food for the number of people. We waited 15 minutes for our Caesars and that we saw sitting on the bar and they were watered down. We had to ask the server to get the drinks as they were sitting there at the bar.

   My mom and I were staying at the lodge and came to the pub for dinner. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. We had a nice seat by the fire and it was a lovely environment.

   We were hoping to reserve I. The dining room but told it was closed even though the website said it was open. I then reserved for the pub as it was my birthday. When we arrived we were told they don’t do reservations and then got a table near some kids which were loud. I would have thought a reservation at the pub (they called me to confirm) would have reserved a great seat near the fire and not around kids. The waitress was polite but was not efficient. The saving grace was the food from the kitchen.

   Very disappointed. I tried several times to contact the restaurant understand where I had made my reservation. I wanted to ensure that it was at the restaurant, not the pub however no one got back to me and I even tried to message on OpenTable. I I also tried to call to cancel my reservation due to the fact that no one got back to me and I wasn’t able to do it unless I contacted the restaurant directly and again no one was answering the phones or calling me back so my credit card that I used to hold the reservation was charged. This is not customer service.

    Our waiter was really friendly and the food was fantastic. Went for New Years and really joyed the experience.
