   We enjoyed an amazing dinner at the Rosemary & Thyme. All of our food was excellent. The “Tuna Martini” was amazingly flavorful. The “Pepper Tornadoes” were tender and cooked to perfection. We had a nice Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the starters and a well balanced St Emilion for our main. Both were value for money selection. Benjamin was our host for the evening. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and exceeded our expectations. We will be back soon!

   Our server Benjamin paced our meal beautifully leaving time for talking, but also making sure our hot plates were very hot when placed on the table. Just as Rosemary & Thyme always has a full range of offerings on its regular menu, so too do they offer a great mix of poultry, beef, pork, and seafood on the Savor Sarasota menu. My daughter chose the strawberry salad appetizer, blackened swordfish with risotto and vegetables entree, and key lime pie; I opted for the brie and crab appetizer, branzino with risotto and vegetables entree, and flourless chocolate cake for dessert. We split a bottle of Viognier wine on special for about $35, as well. It was a great dining experience, all around.

   Our server was exceptional, he was kind, polite, professional, and caring. Our server was exceptional, he was kind, polite, professional, and caring. Couldn’t have expected anything more. Each plate was served with a great presentation. Plenty of food and delicious. And then to have the exceptional price of $50 per couple is more than we could’ve asked for – it was worth so much more than that. I encourage everyone to go to Rosemary and thyme.

   Had the date night special. The filet was the best I ever had as was the veal and salmon by the the others. 3.00 Lobster tail was another plus. Been there many times but this night would be hard to top.

    Because of covid and health issues it has been a long time since we had dinner at Rosemary and Thyme. We had the date night menu and so looking forward to our dinner. We had first course of calamari which was excellent as well as dessert. We both ordered the Veal Picatta , what a mistake. It was so tough to cut that I asked for a steak knife , even then it was hard to cut and worse to chew. I guess we should have sent them back. No sure if I would drive an hour from Venice to have a poor dinner .

    I love this restaurant. This visit was for their deal for 50.00 a couple. Great price, but taste of food was no comparison to what we have had in past. I think it’s fair to say, mass cooking never as good. It was a rainy night so no outdoor seating which we prefer.

    We always enjoy dining at Rosemary and Thyme and tonight was no exception! The food was great, offerings were varied and the price was crazy—$25 for a 3-course meal with no fudging on the portion size. While that was a special offer, we always feel this dining experience is a great value.

    We came for "Tuesday Date Night" special menu for 2 for $50 Nice wine list, as always. Lots of nice choices for Apps and Entrees. Apps were Fried Calamari - always a delight and a very generous 1/2 portion. Asian Wedge was light, flavorful and yummy. Salmon entree with pistachios, freshly sauteed veggies and Rosemary signature risotto was a delight - Meatloaf was tasty but not like Mom's Previously we had the dessert on Date Night and were underwhelmed - this time the pastry was warm, the chocolate melty and ice cream the perfect compliment. We sat outside (60% occupied) and it was quiet and cheerful.

    This was our first return visit to Rosemary and Thyme since Covid. It was as fabulous as ever. Every aspect of our meal was elegantly presented and delicious. The service as efficient and pleasant. The value was remarkable. We happened to go on "date night." I can't wait to see what they will serve for Savor Sarasota.

    This is now my favorite restaurant. I had the duck which was terrific. Other menu items with my husband and family included scampi, grouper and a lobster tail. Everyone loved! The patio is so beautiful. We had entertainment by a violinist which was so nice. Such a beautiful evening.

    Had a lovely dinner on a stormy night, but inside it was comfortable and reasonably quiet (except one "Karen" that had a loud cackle for every comment). The Bermuda fish chowder was delicious, full of fish chunks in a sherry-tomato base. My wife had the lobster tail (3-4oz) with drawn garlic butter; excellent. Following a Caprese salad to cool the taste buds, we dove into the Meatloaf and pistachio dusted wild salmon. Both dishes were served hot and featured grilled asparagus and risotto as accompaniment. Really nice deep flavor, especially the meatloaf! A Tiramisu dessert capped the evening. Of course, we had a fantastic server (Katrina) that made the evening even more delightful! We wish her well as she was headed to Rhode Island for the Summer!

    An exceptional meal, which always seems to be the case when we visit R&T. Had the wasabi encrusted halibut and it was excellent. Flash fried but yet the fish was moist and properly cooked. Nice add on of a cold water lobster tail for only $3. Katrina was our server and she was conversant with the menu and very pleasant.

    Went for a date night on a Tuesday. Appetizer was good. The entrées were very small tiny. Very disappointing. My pork chop was sliced so thin I couldn’t believe it could be sliced that thin and it was mediocre at best. My wife’s fish was another very very small piece of fish. I’ve been there many times for date night and was never disappointing but this time very disappointed portions were never that small. Don’t know if we will be going back.

    The Rosemary has been our favorite restaurant in the area for many years. We were there the first night it reopened after the Covid closures and have celebrated many special occasions there as well as our own date nights so had to take advantage of George's date night special. We have enjoyed several of the special wine dinners and also lunches. What a delight last night when we recognized Shane, our server, from past evenings, though we had somehow not seen her recently.
