We had a night free of our toddler and a friend recommend Rosebud for dinner. We were able to get a seat at the counter (facing the kitchen - open concept). It’s a small but well designed restaurant. Decor and ambiance were lovely. The patrons varied and most were dressed as dressy-casual. The menu is limited to 4-5 apps, 4 mains, 3 desserts. We had the crab cakes as our appetizer which wear amazing! The crab was soo good and tender hubby and I shared so we each got one but I could’ve eaten 4. For our mains we got the Duck Confit and Black Cod. Yah so 10/10 I was so full we both enjoyed our mains - the flavours were balanced and unique in a good way. Unfortunately I don’t remember all the details as I came to eat and I’m not a food critic. We skipped dessert which I regret because we didn’t go out afterwards after all. I was eyeing the Pavlova sigh. Highly recommend

Showed up to our reservation on a Friday night and the restaurant was closed. Phone number unavailable. Sent an email to Open Table but never heard back.

Good service, great wine. The food was just okay. Some dishes were over salted and the others were just okay, nothing too interesting.

Literally, tue best meal we had since we moved to Toronto 2 years ago…and right in our backyard! Service and food were impeccable!

First time dining here, and I’m kicking myself for not coming sooner. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and warm, thoughtful service. Every dish was excellent, but the Pavlova was unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing! Incredible food, we were drinking the sauce! And wait staff was so attentive, even brought me a wet towel for my flowers to keep them alive!!! Highly recommend. Kind of underrated I think!!

The food was great. And they had an amazing non-alcoholic rose which surprised me. It isn't cheap but the food and experience was worth it.
