Party of 4, each ordered an appetizer and entree. The apps came out one at a time with 5 -10 minutes between each. We asked the waitress why they didn't come out at the same time. She replied, " we serve shotgun style." Mmmmm.....what does that mean ? Apparently, as the item comes up, they bring it out. No attempt is made to time food together. . We asked if that applies to the Entrees. Yes, but you may request to have them served at the same time, which we did. Well, that didn't happen. Waygu hamburger and fries came out 10 minutes before rest. Sent it back to keep it hot. Came back with rest of dinners but was cold and inedible. We spoke to manager and he apologized and compted the food. I think this restaurant is fine for drinks and apps but not for full dinner. Very overpriced.

It’s too bad this place does not have good cocktails or exciting food and that it’s so expensive because the atmosphere and ambience is quite lovely. For $18 cocktails I would expect to taste the alcohol, but I did not. It was purely sugar and mixers, and that made sense when the manager came over and told me they were batch drinks. Of course, all of the heavy syrup is going down to the bottom and that’s all I got in my cocktail. I asked for a shot of vodka to pour in my drink so an $18 cocktail plus a $15 vodka shot. It did help and make the drink much better and they were nice enough to take $10 off the shot. One of our napkins was dirty upon arrival. Kind of gross. Food was all right. The truffle fries were the best thing on the menu. A cute spot if you’re at the hotel and want to go up and get a martini and look at the view, but I wouldn’t come back. I should’ve seen that as a red flag when we went for Sunday brunch at noon and there was only three tables occupied.

We had to edit 27 mins after the reservation time, the floor was covered in water near our table, tiny table for four people. Very loud music, impossible to talk in there.

It was wonderful! The drinks were fabulous and the food was as well. Our waitress was Tori and she was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Our server was extremely nice but there was a lot of confusion due to the seating arrangements. There were four, two top tables squished side by side and food and drink were delivered to the wrong table many times. We waited 30+ minutes for edamame. It was just an ok experience.

Took my date to the Rooftop at Arrisan for her birthday. Hostesses were attentive and well dressed. Our table was cute with its own table light. The signed birthday card from the staff was a very thoughtful detail. Drinks and food were excellent. The room was a bit loud with conversation and music that began around 9pm or so, so we decided to take the check and take a walk where we could better engage in conversation. The complimentary champagne at the end was very unexpected and capped off our experience nicely. A I think we’ll be back… big thank you to the staff.

Great place for a drink and a quick bite but not a good place for an actual evening dinner. The price range for the quality of the food was not comparable. However, Drinks were very well portioned and presentation was tasteful. The service exceeded our expectations. Our server was very kind and attentive. We will return if we are in the area and want a nice place to have a drink.

The brunch was fine, few choices but ok. The music was the best out of everything. I will return just for the music! The waiter , Ben,must have been new. He needs more training, very poor service, plus he told us we had to do the buffet, but the table next to us ordered off of the menu.
