Restaurant allows limited time for eating, heat was turned off shortly after arriving…was it encouraging you to leave on time, not sure. Some people had coats on to keep warm.

We love the Pelham. Last time we were there we had a bad experience with getting our lunch. This time they graciously comped us our first round of drinks. This was very nice-we are good customers and we appreciated this. Will be back soon. Thank you

The Rooftop is a beautiful venue overlooking the Sound. The food was creative and delicious. From appetizers (roaster cauliflower and crab cake) to harvest salad to entrees (roasted chicken, scallops, fried haddock, and chicken parm) everything was very good. The only downside is that the room is very loud. Almost too loud to hold a conversation at our own table. I would definitely give it a try though.

We have been to the Pelham House several times. Tonight the service was not as good as usual because of a lack of servers. Our waiter did his best but we would only see him every 15-20 minutes at best. The food was good but prices were high. Truffle fries $15. The rooftop is always nice but I’m not ready to hurry back with the lack of help and high prices compared to restaurants of the same quality.

You can’t beat the ambiance of this “rooftop” - it really is more like a veranda, enclosed on two sides. Plenty of heat pumping from radiant ceiling units. Portions were almost too generous, but very delicious & seasonally appropriate. Service was attentive & pleasant without being intrusive. The Ocean House has dropped a peg, and the Rooftop at Pelham reigns victorious.

Such a beautiful setting and incredible view! Food was delicious too! Loved the calamari. Only suggestion… the bar height tables are really difficult to get up into and out of the chairs. But, once you make it, the view is worth the climb!

The view from the roof top on a beautiful fall day was gorgeous. I find looking out over the ocean is always very calming. I was dismayed to learn that the selections for a lunch menu were small but I might add that they were good. The cauliflour apps were excellent as was the fried calamari. Three people in my party of 6 had the crispy chicken sandwich which they all said was very good. I and another guest opted for the summertime omelet which was a good size portion accompanied by fingerling potatoes and choice of toast. The 6th person had a bowl of clam chowder and the apps which he thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a great experience1

Gorgeous view and fantastic service! We loved the menu offerings for the most part. The clam chowder and calamari was excellent. My husband loved his tomahawk pork chop. My salmon was cooked to perfection, but the sides were undercooked and lacked flavoring. I did not think the entrees were worth the price, honestly. Overall, beautiful atmosphere!

Online menu was outdated for some items. Printed menu had an main item I was about to order when waiter informed me that the item was being replaced with another dish that I had no interest in. It was an early seating so I was surprised they already ran out of the dish I wanted.

We ate dinner last night at the Rooftop, outstanding view, very nice staff, pricey menu and sadly underwhelming food. Oysters were delish, chowder was good, scallops were undercooked and the side of corn was pretty but confusing as I had to scrape it off the cob, couscous tasted weird. My husband had the chicken parmigiana, didn’t like it with cheddar cheese and it was very over cooked. We were presented w a wrinkly dirty dessert menu. I really wanted to love this place as the hotel and view are spectacular and we will be back. Pls talk to the chef and make changes.

Wonderful anniversary celebration, food and service were excellent. Molly our waitress was outstanding and the location provided a beautiful view as we went early evening before it was dark out. Highly recommend.

Our wait staff was great and ambiance was wonderful. Two of us got the burgers and loved them! Fantastic ! The scallops were very small and over priced. They substituted Seabass for a piece of swordfish that was not very good. The meatball appetizer was excellent, as was the asparagus Frites. Crab cake a 10! Very loud inside. Stick with the appetizers and burgers. Seafood not up to par for that level of restaurant .

Great place for a special occasion. The view from the roof deck was amazing. We had ordered the swordfish and sirloin steak. The meal was delicious and presented well. Service was impeccable, the wait staff was informative. Definitely a restaurant to visit

Our first time here and we were delighted. We’ll be back. Waitperson Alayna? Was friendly and attentive. Give her a five out of five. The food was excellent but I gave it a 4. I had the fried haddock but found the main side of potato chips odd. We love hot rolls and they were, however a bit tough indicating they may have been heated in a microwave. However these are minor and we enjoyed our mail and the restaurant and you won’t regret going

Service was great. Molly is personable, thorough and patient. Noisy throughout the dining toom. Very loud with echoing. Menu didn't match website, but it was delicious and ample. View is outstanding.

We had a great late afternoon dinner at Pelham House. The server was polite and attentive. She answered questions and checked in throughout dinner. The appetizer, dinner and dessert were all outstanding. The ocean view with open windows and sea breeze provided the perfect atmosphere.

Highly recommend visiting the Rooftop you won’t be disappointed. The view alone is worth the trip as you’re over looking the ocean. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint as well. I had the burger which was one if not the best I’ve had in a long time. My wife had the lobster roll and said it was delicious too!! Glad we found this place!!

Schöne Location mit wunderschönem Blick. Leider trotz Reservierung mit 3 Wochen Vorlauf keinen Tisch am Fenster bekommen. Das war enttäuschend. Essen gut, aber überteuert bzw. zu kleine Portionen für den Preis.

The view is beautiful! You feel like you are on the beach that is how close the water is. Our food was delicious. The last time I went I had the same server and she was good. Unfortunately she did not relate to us. She did not refill our waters or soft drinks. I will always go back but next time I might try out the bar.

It was a beautiful evening. Food was very good, service was very good and drinks were perfect. We love this place are repeat customers. We will continue to return to dine here. For our guests, this was their first time and they loved the evening as well. Crab cake was excellent and swordfish was cooked perfectly.
