    I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. We were pleased to see the notice stating that you cater for food allergies, as one of our party members has an intolerance to cheese. When we requested a plain garlic bread (since the menu only offered cheesy garlic bread), we were surprised to hear that this request was denied when a front-of-house team kindly relayed our request to the chef, only to come back with a firm refusal. We find it difficult to understand how, on one hand, you're able to offer customization with pizza bases and toppings, but are unable to provide a simple, allergy-friendly variation of garlic bread. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate food allergies is deeply concerning. I hope you’ll consider revisiting your policy and training procedures, along with service as this experience does not align with the level of service your restaurant aims to offer.

    Good choice of Gluten Free options for my daughter. It was quite warm in there, but a lovely environment and a great space to eat and socialise.

    Excellent GF options across the menu. Also catered for our ‘fussy’ eaters. Great service, attentive and got our complex order spot on!

    Great tasting and value for money food, good selection of drinks, fast and friendly service, really loved the industrial style decor. Couldn’t fault The Rolling Mill we even went back for breakfast the next morning which again was great and couldn’t fault.

    Three of us had a great lunch, lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. I'm Gluten Free and it was amazing to have a menu so clearly labelled with GF0 and more than one choice! I had the GFO Burger and Chips which I loved. I'll definitely be recommend The Rolling Mill restaurant to friends and family.

    A lovely find in the Jewellery Quarter! Our first here and loved the atmosphere and service (special thanks to Kelly for looking after us, and the Manager for helping us with my dad's wheelchair access). Food was fab - it's not often you find a place that can make a proper, original Veggie burger. Amazing! Decent portion sizes of food too.
