   I was craving a good wood fired pizza and their pizza hit the spot. Very good! Server was friendly and attentive. Will go back again.

   This was our first time at Hell Fired. We used to frequent when it was The Rock and absolutely LOVED it! The food was simply different and we felt as if the options were not as vast. We were disappointed to see the Jell-O shots were no longer an option. And our bucket drink seemed a bit smaller. Our server was of course amazing. The food came out in a timely manner and was nice and warm.

   We had a family of 18 and KATIE rocks, she was friendly, kind, had patience with my grandkids who spilled her water twice. Food was fast and good!! Thank you for a wonderful experience

   4 of us. Restaurant was not very busy. 2 got fish and chips very good. 1 got smash burger that was good. I got pizza, pepperoni and pineapple. It was terrible. All at the table tried the pizza, everyone only took 1-2 bites and said it was awful. We left over 1/2 of it. There was not any red sauce on it. We tore it apart looking for some red sauce. Waitress saw what was happening she took it off bill, but really unhappy I had no dinner with friends. Waitress offered to bring me another pizza but not fond of your pizza. Pizza had at this point lost its desire.

   The decor of the restaurant is so detailed. Such an amazing place. We loved it.

   We took our 14 year old granddaughter to dinner and our meals were really tasty! So much so that she wants to spend her 15th birthday in December at The Rock. So I guess you could say we'll be back. She loved her canadian bacon pizza and we really enjoyed our sandwiches. My hubby had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had a burger which I seldom order eating out. My burger was really good and so was my hubby's sandwich. Our server Lauren was wonderful!

   Visiting Portland and picked this place based on good reviews. Don't waste your time making reservations. They attempted to squeeze our party of 6 in a booth. When we asked for a table it over an hour to be seated. We arrived at 7:45 pm for reservations at 8:00 pm. Ridiculous! We were seated at 9:10 pm. Hostess was young and lacked experience and customer service, borderline rude. We stayed because we had already waited so long. You would think hostess would mention it would be an hour to be seated, but nope. The hostess attempted to say it because we changed our reservation from 5 to 6. We reminded her she said it was not a problem when we arrived. The saving grace was our waiter, he was excellent and I have to admit the food was excellent. Critique, this location should not have a reservations option. It appears to be a social hangout and no pressure on parties to move from the tables to honor reservations. As long as spirits are flowing people are having a wonderful tim2. The place has huge potential if managed right.

    I ordered the pizza with free extra salad. Caesar. A good part of the romaine was wilted and not fit to eat. Last nights salad entree. The pizza, Stairway to Heaven was a bit dry and there was no wood fire taste to it. I ate here years ago and it's not the same. The price was right and the service was excellent.
