Our pub & restaurant aims to showcase the best of Herefordshire food and drink in a unique and environmentally conscious way, supplemented by our own extensive kitchen gardens and foraged from the land surrounding our inn.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch, we didn’t have to wait long for the table. All the serving staff were really attentive and on point, we weren’t left too long for anything just good service. The food was delicious and really tasty, the vegetables were really outstanding, we had one chicken dish and two ducks and all meat was cooked to perfection. The only thing which would have topped it all off would have been a good cocktail menu. We were sat downstairs and maybe the only moot point would be once the other dinners had left and we were on our own it was a bit too quiet.

My wife and I are frequent visitors here, but hadn’t been for a couple of months. It never fails to impress us, the lovely locally sourced produce and the attention to detail preparing excellent dishes. All the staff clearly enjoy working here too… a true sign that they have a wonderful team! Can wholeheartedly recommend a visit! The duo of beef is exceptional too!

We've been to The Riverside a number of times and always look forward to going back. The service is friendly and faultless — they run a tight ship, and the fact that the staff stay long-term says a lot about how well they’re treated. The food is incredible — it’s mouth-watering just reading the menu! I can't recommend The Riverside enough — in my humble opinion, it’s the best place to eat in the area (or even the UK!). We'll definitely be back!
