Our table was ready at our reserved time. Service was excellent! Food was top notch and the location was obviously convenient to our room at the Ritz Carlton. They went above and beyond to make my wife feel special on her birthday as well.

Service was very slow, pasta was under cooked, prawns were over cooked. Desserts cheif need to add a chocolate dish. Chiefs treat was over the top good!

Our server was great! He went out of his way to make our experience a good one! That being said, the food itself was underwhelming, especially for the price.

Our server wasn’t the best. Seemed annoyed as if he’d rather be at another table. However, other staff members who greeted us were very friendly.

The food and ambience were great! The restaurant is laid out and decorated in a way that is so fun and unique!!! However, we expected more from a restaurant at the Ritz. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The wine menu did not have descriptions of the wine, nor did they have sommelier come over. The restaurant had also hired people to take content of the place while we were there, which was very distracting during dinner. I definitely still recommend it if you’re staying on property, since the space was so cool and the food was great, but it was a little bit disappointing for those other reasons.

Pepe e Cacio was flavorless, bread was cold, waitstaff was inattentive - delayed and got one order wrong. Ambience not fab either.

Ambiance, service and food were all delicious!!! We loved the little gem green goddess salad, filet, cacio de Pepe and Parmesan potatoes!!! Will definitely be going back.
