   Knife Italian Steak was fantastic! The staff was great and our server, Krista, was outstanding. She was attentive and made our dining experience worthwhile. We ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection. Excellent dining experience!

   Nice place! Great food, but expensive wine and steaks! Two of us ordered the lesser priced skirt steak, but they ran out. Took a LONG time for our meals to arrive and when they did, only four of the five entrees came. One of our guests had to wait a while for his food (we shared with him while he waited!). Would I go back…..definitely.!

   The Ritz sparkled mirroring a sparkling day, just perfect for lunch at our favorite venue. The pasta was delicious as always and the sautéed asparagus and spinach just scrumptious. A coterie of chefs stopped by to ensure that all was as good as could be. What a delight!

   Brunch with friends at the delightful Ritz. The hotel was busy with guests enjoying the sparkling spring weather. Our table was ready when we arrived and Alexis had everything in hand as we settled in for a marvelous brunch. Our dishes were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Another memorable Sunday

   The staff was so polite and nice, we were running behind on our reservation time and even then they were still accommodating, the whole experience was amazing I celebrated my birthday and everyone around was so attentive, our waiter Bruce was so polite and professional! Will definitely come back! The ambiance was relaxing the food was tasty and the service was phenomenal

   Steaks were tough, overcooked and flavorless. Had both the 45 day ribeye and the strip at our table. Should have sent them back.

   I normally don’t post bad reviews, but unfortunately, I’m going to have to rate my experience. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was very attentive answered all of our questions so no complaints in that department. We were looking for a nice place to eat before we went to a concert now I had an outback steakhouse gift card, but I wanted to be able to impress my date who recently we’ve reconnected. I just am concerned about the quality of the food that was served to us. The steaks were tough and mine was a bit overdone our appetizer which was the bread and ricotta cheese with some type of meat that was wrapped on top. it had zero flavor to it and basically looked like a piece of toast with a thin slice of bologna on top With a little bit of ricotta cheese in the center. Our steaks were needless to say not satisfying at all my side dish, which was the hash brown with the Italian Parmesan cheese on top which literally looked and tasted like frozen hash, brown sticks, covered in bagged Parmesan cheese. My issue was I spent $291 on dinner and was completely let down by the quality and presentation of the food. I do not live in the area, so the probability of me visiting, even if the food was exquisite would probably be very low percentage, but if I’m ever asked about the experience, I had at knife. I would have to bite my tongue because I don’t want to condemn any establishment based off one experience. I hope that this information does help you improve any issues you might have in regards to food, quality, and presentation.

   Menu not as extensive as would like, wish there were more pasta and side options. Dissapointed that they were out of chicken cacciatore and parm potatoes. Mushroom risotto was excellent!

    The Ritz is a delight for lunch. The restaurant fills up by 12:30 so it is better to come earlier to enjoy the serenity of this popular venue. The house made pasta is a treat and you can keep it simple by adding sides of the delicious asparagus and sautéed spinach. The tomatoe bisque is served with a wonderful bread lathered with a light cheese sauce.If you are fortunate enough to to have Alexis provide service then your outing will be complete
