    We had a reservation but had to wait while others got seated before us. Our waitress was great. Took about 20 minutes to get my cocktail. Appetizers came out fast. The shrimp was different. Too much breading. Poke nachos were good. I had the redfish. It wasn’t hot and the rice was mushy. It was not made fresh! Very disappointing. The jalapeño burger was very good as were the fries.

    Overall, we had a good time. I made a reservation for a large party, but we weren’t seated until almost 40 mins after the reservation time. Everyone enjoyed their food, except my chicken tasted like it was fried in fish oil. I like chicken and I like fish, but I just want them to taste accordingly. I ordered chicken and waffles. The drinks are absolutely amazing. I’d go back for the drinks for sure and maybe try a different entree. The staff was so nice and very accommodating for our large party. Our server Nate did a good job.

    It was a nice ambiance and that’s where the good ends. It was our first time and the negative reviews I read were right on. Our server was very good but service was slow. Our drinks didn’t come until after our appetizers were brought out. Actually the appetizers we had were the highlight of the food, meatballs were good, queso was good, served with what seemed to be homemade potato chips. When the dinner came it was a disappointment. Two of us had mashed potatoes that were very dry. The rest was just ho-hum. Sadly we probably won’t return. It’s quite a distance from Southlake and not worth the drive. We try a new restaurant every month and rate them, this was one of the lower rated ones.

    It was Father's Day so the service was a bit slower and we expected that. Our waitress kept checking on us, apologizing for the wait. Food was great, menu was extensive and the ambience was dark and moody. We would definitely go back!
