The waitress we had was very sweet but way overworked. There wasn’t enough staff to support the amount of customers. The food was portioned small and priced high. The restaurant was very crowded and noisy. I will not go back.

I love this restaurant. I eat here a lot with my friends. I even celebrated my 50th birthday here and it was perfect. The management and staff are normally always just the best. For Mother’s Day I invited a few of my fellow moms so we could celebrate us and the event fell flat due to very poor service from our server. We waited what seemed like forever to order our appetizer just to never get it. Our server rarely checked on us and their attitude was less than friendly. The manager was very apologetic after our concerns were voiced yet there was no compensation for our inconvenience. I will continue to eat here because this was only one bad experience out of too many to count and I will always recommend this restaurant but I was very disappointed. This is not the norm and I hope to never have it happen again.

The Rim was a good experience. Meet friends from Arlington area. The food was better than average, atmosphere and service were above. Just a nice quite time.

Server was very pleasant and attentive. The food was very very good, as usual. I did feel like my cheesy chicken poblano wasn't as warm (temperature) as I had it in the past. Reservation process was great; walked in and we were seated immediately. Overall, a great meal and we will be back!
