Please be aware that we have not yet received our new Liquor License but do anticipate having it soon.

Experience the comfort of our timber frame clubhouse and enjoy the relaxed, rustic atmosphere of a comfortable lakeside cottage complete with screened porch and outdoor patio.
Inside, the Lounge and Lakeside Dining Room are situated around a three-story stone fireplace. Our Dining Room features floor to ceiling windows providing a glorious view of Manitouwabing Lake. Enjoy the fresh air in the Screened Porch with views of both the lake and 18th Hole.

Excellent ambiance with a lovely view of the lake. The brisket sandwich was generously filled with soft well smoked meat. This, together with excellent service made for a very good experience.

3 of 4 of our meals were excellent. My steak was grissly and tough even though medium and pink. I ate a portion of it, thinking it would get better. Lots of cut off fat left on the plate. I was offered free dessert, even though we would not have ordered dessert. Server forgot an order of soup and tea and we just cancelled them in the end. She seemed very distracted and not very concerned about her errors. We tipped nonetheless. Our previous 3 dinners (with previous owners/chef) were excellent. We were disappointed with our experience this time. We would still recommend for the view.

Celebrating my brothers-in-law’s 60th Birthday with golf and dinner with our wives. We were very disappointed to discover after we arrived that the course and restaurant no longer had a liquor license. None of us are big drinkers but we were planning on celebrating the birthday with at least a bottle of wine. Would have been good to know about them no longer having a liquor license prior to booking.

Too bad no liquor license. Hope it’s coming. Would hate to see the servers out of work or even worse, the restaurant shutting down.

The Ridge at Manitou is gorgeous! The building and surroundings are beautiful. We are not golfers. We were extremely pleased with the quality of our meals, however were very disappointed and surprised that there was no liquor license! We had a waitress who knew next to nothing about the menu or food choices. It was clear that she was not adequately prepared for her server role.

Played golf then ate at the restaurant. Food was ok yet we expected more baked on last experience.
