We went back to the Ricco Room after having a great evening there last year when we were in Kelowna. The food was terrible. All frozen grocery store burgers and proteins . Frozen vegetables. And the room was filled with dead and dying plants We should have just left but because it had been so good before we stayed and endured a terrible experience. Careless service topped off the night. Don’t waste your money.

was great service and the communication was excellent but we were told the food would be over 2 hours if we decided to order as they only “serve one dish at a time”. We ended up just getting drinks and leaving as the table beside us that got there later than us was served food first and we were told it would be hours for us. EDIT** The restaurant reached out upon leaving the review to correct the situation right away which I truly appreciate. How we as business owners correct situations, is alot more important than one bad evening. Everyone makes mistakes. We will be going back soon to try again.

Had a great experience! Staff was extremely friendly and personable. We shared the meatballs and the grilled cheese and it was excellent full of flavour. Our only complaint is the music is a tad loud for 7:30pm when people are eating trying to converse. But other than that it was awesome!

The vibe of the room was really good, but there were only two tables seated, which made it feel quiet. Had some cocktails and an appetizer, but found that four or five menu items were not available. The drinks were great, but wish it was a bit more “happening”.

Amazing food, Phenomenal drinks and Super understanding of gluten allergies. Had an amazing gluten free pork burger with kettle chips. Outstanding service and incredibly friendly and attentive staff.

Pricy but delicious. Try the burrata. Cool vibe. Only one waiter but he was great under the circumstances.

I loved the swings, jungle/garden vibe, cocktails, music and staff. I want to bring my girlfriends, Mom, Grandma and sister here. Great place for bachelor/bachelorette dinners.

We reserved for dinner on New Year’s Eve, surprise only drinks were served that night! We paid a fee in advance to make sure we had a good time! No apologies from the crew! We couldn’t make a reservation somewhere else because our name was blocked since we are confirmed in Ricco and the system wouldn’t let us book a second reservation!
