The Rez Grill
We have visited this restaurant a few times and lately it has deteriorated. I would first saw the signature cocktail was poorly mix and warm.
The steak appeared to cook to order by there was some chard in meat.
With hopes of it we’ll hit was to cut and eat.
The after dinner regurgitate belches and taste was disheartened.
I was very disappointed. We have dined here many times. The new menu had less choices for me. I asked if I could have the snapper without the crawfish sauce. The waiter said no. My husband spoke to the manager who assured us it would not be problem. My doctor recommends no shellfish for me. The dish arrived with no sauce but lots of crawfish. We will not return.
The service was great, we ordered steaks and I do believe they were the best steaks I ever had. Waitress was superb.
The menu is very narrow and way overpriced. Both my wife and I agree the dishes we were served were okay.
But not worth the price charged. I would rate the food quality alongside an Ale House, Lone Star etc.
Service was very good. The atmosphere was okay.
I wonder if this Restaurant will make it long term.
We loved this restaurant. The food was high quality!
Prefixed Brunch menu was great value and so delicious! My favorite restaurant at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino in Tampa, FL.
The Best ! Food is good And I go there every month. Love the food and cooking the best !
The fettuccine wasn't as creamy as it normally is and the bread that previously came with it isn't included anymore.
Has a variety of choices of selection in menu of food and drink. Meal and service is very good. They still need to work on their reservation and sitting request. Otherwise overall happy about everything else.
Yes I would recommend as it is still a nice place but the manual has continued to decrease in quality and value from when they open they still have two of the best items on the menu, the only stores in the king crab appetizer! But all the other food has decreased and quality and variety. Also the specialty drinks have decreased in interest interest however this service still is outstanding
Great service with a smile!
Everything was great! The perfect experience! Will definitely go back
Good service, not overly impressed with smell of cigarette smoke getting to the restaurant but understand that it’s in a casino.
We decided to try their brunch menu, and we are so glad we did. The stuffed French toast was superb and the desserts were phenomenal. They also have the nicest servers in the world!
The seafood fettuccine was awesome and the 28oz. ribeye was melt in your mouth delicious. We said we would definitely go back, which we did, 2 days later.
We love this restaurant. The service and food have always been great. We even take our kids--even though the restaurant is located near the casino floor. They both love the food as well. I recommend the brussel sprouts and grouper bites as an appetizer and the scallops as a dinner choice. The salads are huge, so unless you are really hungry, share...
I ordered fried snapper. The fish was crispy on the outside but was uncooked on the inside. Was not able to eat it. I had ordered this item before and it was great. Staff offered me another food item but refused. Was unable to eat anything stomach was upset.
Overall I like your service. And would recommend this Resturant.
Luuuuv, great food, great service, great ambiance. Highly recommend!
The service was very good. We were crunch for time to get to a show, the waiter was very helpful in getting us thru the meal in time. The food was very good, I will visit this restaurant again.
The pre-fix menu for Thursday evening was just ideal. Great value and excellent choices.
Great dining experience.
The food was very good. We ate from the Prix Fixe menu. The short ribs were amazing! So tender and delicious. Out server was outstanding! I just wish I could remember his name. He was friendly and fun. Made it an awesome experience
To it's disadvantage, you wade through a cloud of smoke to make your way to the restaurant. The hostess team were warm and welcoming. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was quite limited and awfully expensive for the cuisine. Fortunately we ate on a nice when they had a fixed menu. However, $30 for a choice of mushroom soup or a wedge salad (which served mostly as a moat for salad dressing despite the fresh and crispy veggies), short ribs and mashed potatoes, a grilled cheese sandwich, or a grilles chicken sandwich with bacon and other fixings, and a lemon or chocolate mousse- style dessert.
I had the chicken and it was good, but overly salty. The French fries served with the sandwich could feed a family of four! I gave my salad to a colleague and to the same I gave my dessert. The salad was a floating iceberg wedge in a moat of salad dressing but the veggies were very crisp once my colleague got to them. My colleagues were more than satisfied with the dessert.
We also got the biscuits and they were tasty..however, they provided some sweet cream butter rather than a good salted butter. And no jelly. I asked for jelly and they brought some ligonberry jelly. It was OK...but I would have preferred strawberry.
For the value and taste ie food I would not personally go back. However, none of us had the seafood option and we were turned off by the high prices and just OK dishes.
I will not go back given the choice.
I loved it. All of the food was delicious and I cannot wait to go back. Great fine dining and our server was awesome.
A great night out. We had a fine dinner and great conversation. The staff was first rate. We will be back again.
My husband loved it and we will come back to try new things on the menu
We ordered sides that did not come with the meal, a nice young lady in a blue blazer asked us how our meal was, we explained our concern, she immediately went to the kitchen to take care of it.
Another gentleman (bald head, tall) asked us how our meal was, then immediately turned around and walked away before we could tell him, (why did he bother asking).
The young lady comped our sides and said she would comp dessert, but we just wanted to leave.
The food was overpriced (had the steak for $65). Also, the ceasar salad tasted like burnt wilted lettuce, who grills a ceasar salad? Also, the lights kept changing from dim to bright and back. I guess they had an issue, but not a overall great experience.
Service was very slow and we were 1 of 5 tables there at 6pm on a Saturday night. My husband got the $65 rib eye that was more than half fat & grizzle. The manager can over & seem to not care all he said was I will relay that to chef. We go to Council Oaks a lot & pay $50 for a Rib Eye & very little fat & zero grizzle. Very disappointed, gave it 2 chances & both times were awful. Will not spend my money there again.
Will not be dining there again.
Awesome. Good experience great food great service
This restaurant is considered, fine dining and a bar atmosphere? Waited an hour for food which my husband ordered the rib eye medium rarebut came out almost well done, water was warm. When we sent his steak back not even 3mins later we get his steak. We were surprised it took an hour to get food. We could have just gone to council oak for the same price plus they will at least give you a bread appetizer. Won't go back or recommend.
Service was great, bartenders poor great drinks, food was great. Overall great choice.
Surly service and awful food. Not a good combination!
Been here many of times and have enjoyed each and every time. Drinks and food are outstanding. Service is excellent.
Wonderful date with my husband
The food and service was excellent but the place was noisy and seemed to be overpriced for what we got
One of the better restaurants at The Hardrock Casino. Food is very good and many good choices of kind of food.
Amazing pre-fixe menu! Service was a bit off but the food made up for it.
For being in a Casino, in Florida, we were pleasantly surprised with everything we had from the cocktails to the food. Oysters were expensive, but VERY tasty. The caesar salad is pretty inventive and very tasty as the romaine hearts are grilled. Seafood fettuccine was great and my favorite part was the crusty bread it was served with. We would definitely return here if looking for a nice meal at the casino. Bring your wallets--but you're mostly getting what you're paying for.
