In each of our restaurants, ambiance and cuisine collide to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience that guests won’t soon forget. From our classic International Bistro to our modern Great Chefs room, guests can explore diverse menus and receive exceptional food and service—all provided by our students. Our resident sommelier has also carefully curated a wine list that has won The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence every year for over a decade. So whether you’d like to be transported to Rome in our Italian Trattoria or prefer to go on a cross-country culinary tour in the American Heartland, we look forward to treating you to a memorable night of fine dining.
Many of our dining rooms provide the perfect atmosphere for private parties. Our Italian Trattoria can seat up to 24, while our Great Chefs room can seat up to 34 (in 2 adjoining dining rooms). We also offer private dining menus unique to our guests' specifications. A popular example is the exciting "Menu Degustation," our Chef de Cuisine's special tasting menu that consists of 7 courses. All courses can also be paired with their appropriate wines.
