Wow!! Outstanding and creative dishes, superb service, and a lovely ambience. We ate inside and enjoyed it immensely. There was also live music and a fun vibe going on at the patio outside. Our server, Bella, was outstanding. She recommended the strawberry bruschetta, which sounds strange but was a stellar appetizer. The filet mignon with tomato jam was one of the most delicious steaks I’ve ever tasted. The salmon was also cooked to perfection and well seasoned. Go… You will like it !

Everything was lovely for our Easter brunch. The food was wonderful! We had a choice of small plates and then there was the buffet. We will definitely go back! The service was also so friendly and very attentive.

Not only was the food excellent, but the everyone working at the restaurant seemed genuinely happy to be there! Our server suggested different dishes that were highly recommended by others and she was spot on! The buffet was tremendous and every small dish we tasted was amazing! Best eggs Benedict, truly wonderful catfish, fantastic chicken and waffles!! We will definitely go back!!

We dined on a very quiet Sunday evening with rain ….the wine choices were plentiful. Appetizers varied and we ordered the Brussel sprouts. Delicious! Then had the iceberg salad, large enough to share. Husband ordered the filet, cooked to perfection and delicious! I had the pork shank which was very tender and delicious sweet gravy. For dessert, we ordered the lime cheesecake and peanut butter pie….very delicious!

This was our third visit to the Restaurant at the Embers in Blowing Rock. The food and service have been amazing every time. They have a simple yet elegant menu. The noise level was a bit high this particular night because of a weekly group who gathers to have martinis on Tuesday evenings- though this seems like a fun time to consider in the future, but was very loud for dinner with my daughter and parents. I highly recommend having dinner at The Embers. There’s a great bar and beautiful outdoor space as well.
