The food was absolutely delicious, both at dinner and breakfast. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The ambience was warm and inviting, making our meals truly enjoyable. The service stood out—professional yet genuinely friendly. Every server we encountered was attentive and made us feel welcomed and relaxed.

We had a reservation at 6 PM for four people. We arrived at six and we were placed in a booth. We ordered drinks and we’re just chatting then we ordered appetizer. 45 minutes had gone by. The assistant manager came by and told us that if we want to order dinner, we need to go ahead and order it because this table was reserved at 7:30 and we had to be gone by then they only allow hour and a half for dinner for All patrons. So we were so upset we didn’t even order dinner and we left.

The food and service were very good. The asparagus soup was delicious, but I had to salt it which was no problem. My wife had a flounder “steak” which was excellent! Our only issue was it was fairly loud inside. The ambience was pretty and pleasant. We would recommend it to everyone.

The very 1st thing that we noticed was the noise. You could literally hear everyone's conversation. For the price it could definitely be better. Evidently my tip was not large enough, because they amended my total to increase tip.

Nice new addition to the blowing rock dining scene. Pretty room. Attentive server. Nice manager. The food was delicious. We ordered 3 apps and 4 entrees and all were great. Highly recommend this spot.

Had wonderful service and food was quite good especially the roast chicken and trout appetizer. Noise level is a bit high but space was very attractive.

The Embers is Elegant, Professional Service, delicious cuisine, Modern, and Sparkling Clean. Received a free desert because someone on staff realized it was our anniversary. Little things make you love this complete Boutique Hotel. 6-27-2025

We split a fish entree and an appetizer. The app was a mushroom puree and focaccia toast which was incredible (and filling). Beautiful view and nice, quiet ambiance. But the wine we ordered was rung up for a bottle of the same make only $150 more!!. Clearly someone, or two, didn't look at the bill before presenting it to the customer. Sloppy.... They corrected it of course, but the oversight was egregious in my opinion.
