El The Dining Room at Salish Lodge & Spa ofrece vistas espectaculares a las cataratas y al río Snoqualmie y un ambiente acogedor en Seattle. El menú presenta cocina típica del noroeste con sabores sencillos y sublimes empleando ingredientes de temporada y técnicas de cocina indígenas. We came in for our 10 year anniversary. Piper and Mark offered incredible service, suggestions and follow up. The food was delicious and plentiful. We had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Waiter recommended a dish that usually sells out, but neither my friend nor I like it. Did not take-home leftovers. Waiter was very personable but not as attentive as they usually are when dining there.

I would like to praise our waiter Damon for the great service we received from him. The food was excellent and on top of that Damon made it a five star meal. Although pricy it was well worth it.

Outstanding experience. My wife and I shared the chateaubriand. Excellent meat! A unique touch - the lit candle was to become our butter. The lodge is astride the Snoqualmie Falls - but not easily visible from inside the restaurant, but the roar of the falls is evident if you step outside. The falls themselves are visible if you walk but 50 or so yeards. Jarod our waiter was excellent with service and very personable. How often do you meet 25 year old who has worked at the same establishment for 8 years! Not cheap, but a memorable experience.

Delicious food and breathtaking views! Come hungry - the portions are quite big - but you still don’t want to skip the biscuits and ‘honey from heaven’ as they are truly divine.

Second time this year and second time disappointed. Their breakfast potato gratin was very very undercooked and not edible. I also had a slightly rude response from the server about it. The biscuits, eggs and bacon were delicious but it was very expensive for what it was. We could also only use the old area as the new area was closed for a private event ( not made aware when booking). At least their pie was better this time.
