El The Dining Room at Salish Lodge & Spa ofrece vistas espectaculares a las cataratas y al río Snoqualmie y un ambiente acogedor en Seattle. El menú presenta cocina típica del noroeste con sabores sencillos y sublimes empleando ingredientes de temporada y técnicas de cocina indígenas. Service was very disappointing last time I was there it was so far above perfect this time I felt ignored and an after thought at best. Food was over done and lacking in flavor.

The main restaurant is undergoing renovations, so we ate upstairs. Service was good but they seemed slightly understaffed- the flavors are amazing but the food came out barely warm which is sad since clearly the effort and ingredients are top class... Overall a beautiful setting and amazing drinks but a little pricey

Fabulous experience and we were lucky to have a view table in the temporary space. The noise level sadly made conversation difficult.

This restaurant is in the popular Snoqualmie Falls Lodge. They are remodeling the large restaurant, so they are serving in the smaller loft. We were treated royally, and the food was delicious. Honey from the sky is always a tradition not to be missed. Do make reservations as the space is small. It was a birthday celebration for me, and I was greeted many times with Happy Birthday!

I had big hopes for this place. We came in for our first time and it was 9:30 in the morning and it was very warm in the restaurant. The waiter was very hard to understand, didn’t come, refill drinks or check in after we got our meal. Food was just okay, scrambled eggs were wet, potatoes were not warm and there was way to much mayo or sauce on the eggs benedict and it was not flavorful at all. Sorry but we were very disappointed with our meal and won’t return.

Our waiter seemed a little distracted and not very friendly. The food was tasty, but the "latte" my husband ordered was horrible - it can't even be called a latte. The brunch experience in the bar restaurant was not up to par with our dinner experience the night before.

Our waitress, Piper, was incredibly friendly and helpful! My husband has a soy allergy and she was quick to point out menu items to avoid and gave great recommendations. She made the experience a true delight! The food was excellent.

Had chicken and waffles and the short rib hash. Everything was really good. Service was great. Needed more short rib meat in the hash (only complaint)
