El The Dining Room at Salish Lodge & Spa ofrece vistas espectaculares a las cataratas y al río Snoqualmie y un ambiente acogedor en Seattle. El menú presenta cocina típica del noroeste con sabores sencillos y sublimes empleando ingredientes de temporada y técnicas de cocina indígenas. Second time this year and second time disappointed. Their breakfast potato gratin was very very undercooked and not edible. I also had a slightly rude response from the server about it. The biscuits, eggs and bacon were delicious but it was very expensive for what it was. We could also only use the old area as the new area was closed for a private event ( not made aware when booking). At least their pie was better this time.

★★★★★ Our dining experience at The Restaurant & Terrace Bar at Salish Lodge was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we were seated, the warm ambiance and attentive staff set the tone for a memorable evening. The menu showcased the best of the Pacific Northwest, and our choices did not disappoint. The Northwest free-range chicken was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with fresh, local flavors that highlighted the region’s bounty. The Thai seafood stew was a standout—vibrant, aromatic, and packed with fresh seafood in a rich, perfectly spiced broth that left us savoring every spoonful. For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée, which was an absolute delight with its creamy texture and perfectly caramelized crust. Paired with two expertly brewed coffees, it was the ideal finish to an incredible meal. The service was impeccable, with staff who were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about creating a wonderful experience. The stunning views and elegant setting only added to the charm of the evening. We can’t wait to return to Salish Lodge for another unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend! We are local and visit often.

Hands down the best Old Fashioned I’ve ever had (and I am really particular about my favorite cocktail). Service was excellent. The food was incredible. I was in town on business, but if I lived in the Seattle area, I’d probably go broke eating and drinking at this place all the time. Small place with really cool ambience. Absolutely amazing experience. When I’m back in Seattle (or Bothell), I’ll definitely return.

A lovely brunch. The renovations and improvements are a success, making a lovely property even better. With a waterfall 100' higher than Niagara Falls , and a nice spring, summer or fall day, what is not to like?

Very disappointed with the new restaurant. Requested pergola seating two weeks in advance, could not confirm due to walk ins. Fine. Showed up prior to resy, still could not confirm. Fine. Sunny day. Waited 30 mins. Pergola totally open but they refuse to seat us due to two empty seats at the table and future resys in 3 hrs! Sat on the Terrance deck, which was fine to begin with! Meanwhile, none of the larger parties showed up at the pergola seating the entire time - 1.5 hrs. Service was VERY SLOW. Dinner was $150 pp and we had two kids. Food is meh.. Service was NOT exemplarily of an $80 steak. Do not recommend, especially if you’re local. At least they could figure out how to shelter from the sun, but NO their umbrellas cover zero people on the deck.

The staff was great, they asked if there was any special occasion and set up our table appropriately (Proposal). The view of the sunset was beautiful and would love to come back.
