One of my favorite restaurants! Always a great place to eat with the family!
The menu as varied and the wine list was both exceptional and fairly priced. The service was terrific, but a little fast. It was a great way to celebrate Valentine's Day.
We came down for the weekend and the area was crowded but we wanted to give it a try. There was a lot to see just walking around the cooking display upstairs was great. and the food in the CIA was a 10. I had the lam and it was the best I ever had. the mussels were also very good a little spicy or should I say a lot spicy but very good.
Excellent ingredients, well-prepared. The ambiance and service were nice too. My favorite part of the meal was the Vegetable Board.
Ryan was fantastic and really made the night. His attention to detail, suggestions on wine, and overall care were spectacular.
Everything was good, but below our expectations. Food selection was average, and food quality nothing special. Did very much like the atmosphere
We totally enjoyed another fabulous dinner at the CIA Copia. It’s always a pleasure; always perfection.
Great food, nice surroundings and excellent service. We had the prix fixe menu and didn't regret the choice!
Excellent fresh inventive menus. Great wine and cocktail choices . Definitely going back!
Great food and awesome service. The dessert was to die for. I definitely recommend this restaurant and I would definitely go back.
As a Napa local and a home Chef, The Restaurant at CIA at Copia is one of my favorite spots. I find the environment unhurried and quiet, and the kitchen always does a great job. As a Napoletano American, I highly recommend the Mussels with Calabrian chili peppers appetizer, followed by the amazing Garganelli Pasta with Sunday Sauce.
The food presentation is great and the taste is excellent. The service staff is very friendly and attentive.
New place for us
We had eaten at Greystone and wanted to try it.
Our server was great
Ambiance was a little institutional ( lights way up)
Good wine list that was reasonably priced
Would go back when in the area
Loved the biscuits and corned beef
We sat at the chefs counter. It was a wonderful experience!
Awesome! The staff were so kind. The chef gave us a copy of a recipe we complimented. It was a great experience all around!
Although the food and service were outstanding, the kitchen was inexcusably slow.
The restaurant was not crowded but we waited 25 minutes between appetizers and main course. On a slow night, this is not a good sign.
Service was exceptional. Food was amazing. I recommend going to the student side as well. A must do luncheon break while visiting all the wineries.
It was my birthday and it did not disappoint! Everything was delicious! The service was impeccable !
Thank you !!
Fine dining without the fuss! The food and service speak for itself. My striped bass was cooked perfectly with a crispy skin. His gnocchi paired beautifully with the vegetables and a light broth. The chef's choice was a good starter if you want a variety of little bites.
Quiet day on Super bowl weekend and a kids-friendly and memorable food, service and environment
The adult entrees were excellent. But I’m very disappointed with the kids menu, no vegetables inclusion in the kids menu. So sad. In general many restaurants think kids just eat meat and starch. And they are wrong!
Nice brunch menu and the relaxed environment encourages conversation and appreciation of the food and wine. Afterwards, you can walk off the calories by visiting the Chuck Williams massive display of historic cooking, baking, serving wares and the Julia Child exhibit.
Excellent food mussels are amazing. Table sepeeerion and decor could be improved.
We were extremely disappointed
The cauliflower soup was well let’s say more like baby food and Gerbers would have tasted better
The rosemary chicken probably should taste like rosemary right? Not here
Very disappointed and even more disappointed in the management’s response
John told my wife that she is entitled to her opinion! WOW!!!
I gave the restaurant the opportunity to make it right and they apparently refused.
There are so many good restaurants in Napa this unfortunately isn’t one of them in my opinion
We’re so sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience but sincerely appreciate the feedback as we are always striving to improve.
It was a pleasure and would go again I had a group and the service was perfect
We were enticed by their Restaurant Week 3 course menu, (cauliflower soup, chicken over polenta, and an almond cake. We loved the food, excellent and attentive service and ambience. The tables are far apart and no loud music so when can talk easily. We will return there soon!
I took my wife out on her birthday. The food was delicious. It was restaurant week so, they had a fixed menu. The selection was great. The service was really good. It seemed that they may have underestimated the amount of guests they were going to host that night, since they seemed short staffed. The service itself was great, the wait time for the check, the to go items took awhile. We would come back to the CIA for sure.
Had lunch here during Napa Restaurant Week. Service was excellent. We had their set menu for Restaurant Week, and then added a pastry for a desert to share. Lots of other amenities at the CIA to entertain including the shop and the upstairs museum.
Chef’s counter lunch was a delight and treat for Napa restaurant week!
A wonderful culinary experience. The cauliflower soup was excellent. Service was great! We will return.
We love the brunch at The Restaurant at CIA Copia. This was our third visit and the food was great, the service was great and the ambiance was perfect. We recommend the restaurant to all of our friends. The menu is always a surprise and never disappoints.
Great place for date night and the food is delicious
We have been to the restaurant at Copia several times. We had dinner last night and were pleasantly surprised with the additions/changes to the menu. In particular, there was return of the "Chickpea pancake'" but this time with prosciutto. It was excellent - and more than enough to be shared by two or three!
The lamb rack was also very good.
My boyfriend and I celebrated our 6th Month at Copia, it was the most delicious meals we’ve bad so far! :D
Liked the food. Would have liked s larger selection
Our server, Robert, was happy, helpful and joy for our dinner. Excellent food, service impeccable.
The noise level was distracting at times but not enough to ruin our meal.
Loved the Salmon and the brussel sprouts. My husband loved the striped bass and my brother-in-law had the delicious pork chop. Seasonings were great and food was prepared extremely well. The waiter warned us that the squid was chewy on the squid asian salad, and boy, was he right! I think it should feature chicken instead. And lucky I got the dressing on the side. The rest of the salad was quite delicious, but my husband's was drenched in dressing. The mixed green salad was great too (sister-in-law) and the mussels were a big hit with her as well. She loved how it was done Portuguese-style with french bread on the bottom. Lovely atmosphere and great wines and killer house margaritas.
Loved everything will definitely be back . Enjoyed the food and great service
