We experienced a mixed bag dining at Chasing Rabbits. The charred eggplant was superb, the ceviche was good but the seasoning overpowered a beautiful snapper. My hanger steak was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully. The rabbit was again over seasoned. Service at the start was exceptional but I think the restaurant was overwhelmed by the number of people wanting to dine. In the end we had to wait 50 min to get our check. We were going to order dessert and after dinner drinks but our server was busy with larger tables… so we went somewhere else for drinks. Lastly, the culinary team had no clue where the Salmon, Beef, Octopus or Rabbit were sourced. A restaurant of this caliber should have all info at the ready. We may be back for the food, but we’ll see what other restaurants Vail has to offer first.

The menu is very creative! The ingredients seem to be very fresh and well prepared! Clearly they have an amazing chef. The ambience is really special. The outside seating is adjacent to the Solaris plaza and the indoor seating has very creative decor. My only concern about the evening was that certain dishes did not seem to match their name. I think it would be best to serve what the name suggests or call it some thing else. I love the creativity, it’s just hard to know what you’re going to get. The steak tartare was especially delicious and the serving was very large and a great value!

Was not greeted. Front desk girls were rude. I explained is my birthday and I had a reservation and they acted like they couldn't find it. Then the waiter knew it was my birthday dinner too and did nothing. Awful service all around.

What a unique experience right in the heat of Vail Village. Who knew? They do a nice job guiding to the dining area when there's other fun secret places to play and drink before or afterwards. Highly recommend, great service, great vibe, trendy meals and excellent cocktail menu.

We had the octopus. egg plant, and buratta for appetizers and all spectacular. Then we split salmon and hangar steak, all perfect. Then we shared the potatoes, maybe the best I have ever had. Service was slow but they had a wedding there too so we understood. Excellent dinner.

I was surprised by the cocktail "Flight to Sardinia", congratulations for experimenting something different from the traditional. I truly enjoyed the steak tartare, it was spotless. I also had the Lup de Mer Greek style, interesting combination of flavors, even if I found the sour component a little bit too strong. Overall great dining experience, I will certainly come back

It was our first visit to chasing Rabbits. Because it was my birthday our very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable server greeted me with a celebratory glass of Perseco. We split several different delicious dishes. Every unique dish was appealing in taste and presentation.

What a beautiful restaurant!! The name says is all! Many incredible experiences and surprises. Dinner was delicious and our waitstaff Annie was phenomenal! Hannah the GM was very cordial and came by several times to ensure we were enjoying our meal. She also gave us a grand tour of this amazing establishment!! I would tell you more but don’t want to ruin the surprise…..you will have to go in and experience it for yourselves! Also very kid friendly.

It had turned into a gorgeous day so we opted to sit outside. Nice atmosphere but be prepared for the kids all playing in the center of the park next to the seating area and the cushy pillows on the outdoor benches which sit very low. Opt for the chairs instead. Now for the important part. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful as I had two vegan, GF and alcohol free guests. I enjoyed my French 76 and later a cold crisp Prosecco and they did make a wonderful citrus mocktail for my friend. The food is the real star here. The charred eggplant appetizer with the chapati is fabulous and they also brought a wonderful GF olive bread. The spring pea and Buratta salad was also refreshing and delicious. They truly enjoyed the vegan moussaka and I can’t rave enough about the beef tajine! The beef was fork tender, the lemon couscous was amazing and you could taste the fig, almonds and the spices throughout. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Morocco! If I was local I’d honestly be here often if just for an early cocktail and appetizer midweek!

Amazing food and service here. With a little not so greats here and there, the overall food was very good, taste and presentation like you rarely find. Salads are outstanding, vegan lasagna very good and desserts also. I don’t have much to complain other than too much vinegar in the salad and crispy potatoes were oily.

We started with the sweet potato hummus, which was beautifully presented, and the portion was very large, even for two people. The old fashions with coconut water Ice cubes were tasty. The rabbit Bolognese and steak tartare were delicious and ample. Service with Warren and Mik were top notch. GM Marcus made us feel very welcome! We will definitely return and recommend to everyone we know!

Unfortunately our food was sub par. We ordered 4 dishes and all had horrible amounts of salt. Our Bolognese unfortunately arrived stone cold. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful but the menu needs an overhaul or far better execution.

The food and drink were outstanding. Frank, the manager, was wonderful in suggesting an after dinner drink in the speakeasy and helped us make reservations for a group later in the month. Innovative food and drink in a really nice setting. It was a bit loud, but summer in Vail is very busy.

Loved our dinner at Chasing Rabbits! We sat out on the patio... perfect temperature, beautiful ambiance. We ate family style (8 people) so we were able to sample a number of dishes, and everything was excellent! Loved the unique flavor combinations and artistic presentation. Also checked out the rooms inside... such a cool place. Had fun playing games in the arcade too. Will definitely be back!

First time in the restaurant - picked it because menu showed interesting food. We were not disappointed. An old couple we ordered the burrata, pea, mint starter and a ceveche. Both were outstanding - they had just enough heat to be noticable. We then had the bouillabaisse which was a bit of a surprise. I would catagorize it as a assorted fish in a bouillabaisse sauce. The sauce was thicker and less plentiful than I expected. However, after the surprise it was a wonderful fish dish. The wine list is moderate in size but nicely curated and chosen. I would put this restaurant amoung the old standby "best of vail" list.
