Second time at The Restaurant at The Chedi did not fail as expected. The food selection and quality as well as the taste were pleasing. I had the slow cooked beef with pepper sauce and rice. My son picked from the kids menu which was pretty interesting too. Service was impeccable and attentive. Will visit again whenever I end up in Andermatt.

Service pas à la hauteur du prestige prétendu. Comment un tel établissement peut-il avoir 15 points au Gault & Millau ?? Personnel: non-formés, aucune explications des plats lancés à la va-vite sur la table dans un anglais approximatif, aucune connaissance des langues nationales, difficulté à prendre la commande, puis erreur dans les plats mais sans aucun geste de la part du restaurant (seulement de la part du desk de l'hôtel au moment du check-out) Carte: Très confusiogène dans l'explication du menu. Plats: aucune présentation ni travail de l'assiette. Le goût est bon mais pas incroyable. Je ne recommande pas.

Everything was perfect and delicious. I am pregnant and the menu was easily adapted to my food restrictions. We had a great moment !
